Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

Saya telah ke hotel ini N kali, dan sekali tidak sebaik sekali. Keseluruhan kemudahan perkakasan hotel perlu dinaik taraf, aliran air di bilik mandi agak perlahan, dan sarapan pagi masih sama. Kadangkala bubur nasi adalah sisa dari hari sebelumnya, dan sosej sarapan selama tiga hari berturut-turut mempunyai bau yang pelik.Kualiti epal adalah begitu-begitu, yang lain begitu-begitu, tetapi perkhidmatan (lelaki) di meja depan sangat mesra! Terdapat kakitangan perkhidmatan (perempuan) yang lebih tua sedikit dan tidak menghiraukannya, lupa bahawa ”berasa di rumah” adalah tujuan perkhidmatan hotel!
Terdapat pembinaan di sekitar hotel, persekitaran sangat bising, menjejaskan tidur.

The Ramada Hotel is conveniently situated in Flushing Chinatown and is a very close walking distance to many good restaurants and malls. It is about a 5 minutes walk to the Main Street LIRR that takes you to Manhattan.
The rooms are a good size and clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is also free breakfast included. It consists of simple Western and Chinese breakfast. It is my first time staying here and I would definitely stay here again!

You get what you pay for. Hotel itself looks a bit smudgy. But fairly clean. Rooms are not soundproof. So you will hear every move that is made inside and outside. The windows in my room didn’t lock properly so the noise of the construction and the train was heard all night long. The location on the other hand was great. I went to the us open and it was only one stop with the metro to get there.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuWe always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty.
Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain.
The breakfast seems decent for the price.

Check in was fast and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There are umbrellas to use in the rainy weather and the front concierge staff are happy and greet you nicely.
The location is convenient- close to all main sites of NYC but just far away enough from the noise and bustle so you can have a peaceful night’s sleep. Air conditioning can be adjusted as our room got a little too cool for our comfort.
The luxury king room high floor itself is disappointing. Quite a bit more in cost compared to a standard king room, the room doesn’t have any fabulous views or even a bathtub that can accommodate someone comfortably. One website advertises the luxury king rooms have a ‘spa bath’. This is fact is not true and incorrect. Room slippers are very nice and there are enough towels for 2 people.
Pillows are too soft and the room furniture is tired-looking. Some peeling wallpaper as well indicating the need for a refit.
For the money, there’s no breakfast either and if you wish to extend your checkout after 11am, it’s $100 for 1-3 hours. A bit rich, considering you’re better off getting a lounge pass at the airport or simply go for a walk around this amazing city. To compensate, there’s an awesome diner 50m from the hotel that serves fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bathroom products are lovely- Balmain and there’s only 1 bathrobe in the room, which I thought was strange, considering the booking was for 2 people. No minibar either… why is this?!
I would stay again simply because of the location but I would not pay for the luxury king room high floor again, as it’s not worth the money. Keep the location but take a standard room.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was superb, next to the main subway station. The concierge staff was very friendly. They need to check that you're a guest before you can walk in to the hotel - this is probably because their lift does not enable guest only access to each floor - you do not need a card to go up to any floor. They charge a $39.99 destination fee and give you a $15 market value to buy food everyday.. (500ml water for $7.5, plain bagel for $5, ham and cheese bagel for $18...) They charge $4/bag for baggage storage after you check out.. Other than these 'small' charges, everything else is good.

PPengguna Tetamu頭兩天住宿的房間偏小，樓層也低，且衹有一扇窗户朝向天井，所以房間光線不足。後七天訂單換到第12層，房間也大一些且兩面牆都有窗子，拉開窗簾後可直接看到W 71街的街景和中城景色，感覺不錯。
空調聲音較大是唯一不能接受的問題，不過這是很多紐約二三星旅館都存在的問題，衹能忍耐。
服務質量因人而異，有的前台人員友好有的服務態度一般，並不會每天都有人來保潔，開始幾天我都是自己收拾，後來發現洗手池堵了，給前台打了電話，也派人來修了，且後面幾天連續都有人來清潔了，所以會提要求也很重要。服務人員多數是南美裔，都講西班牙語，英語不一定靈光，交流有點困難。
該酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰中央公園和72街地鐵站，交通便利，屬曼哈頓上西區鬧中取靜處，從性價比來説非常值得推薦。

JJaeStarI was a bit daunted by reviews when booking but was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, you get what you pay for (and a bit more). It’s a hostel with private rooms, not a hotel. Once you realize that, you manage your expectations. It is in a prime location next to Central Park and a short walk to Times Square. It is near a metro station and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was adequate (I booked a single room). It was clean and comfortable. Inside the room was a small tv, a small refrigerator, a desk a twin bed and a small closet area. I wasn’t too concerned about the room because I didn’t intend to spend much time in there but it was comfortable enough for my stay. The bathrooms are shared but are privately used so you don’t actually share it with anyone while using. It was always clean and regularly checked (but of course as they are shared some people clear up after themselves better than others). There were several so I never needed to wait more than a few mins. The shower pressure was fine and the water temperature was perfect for me. Even though you pay for gym and facility use when you stay, I never used them so can’t comment on them.
The checkin and check out processes were easy. The staff were all friend and helpful. The building felt safe and I never felt worried about anything.
I don’t really have any negatives to comment on. There was a little noise at time from other residents but that’s beyond the control of the staff etc.

AAshley NicoleThe hotel is in an excellent location. It’s very easy to get around by walking or hopping on the metro. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel itself is in need of renovations (as other reviews have stated). If the hotel were to make those renovations I would stay again.
