Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

Very nice, upscale hotel. Good customer service, large and clean room. Great food at Temple Court. Only fault would be breakfast took a while to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant. But an overall Solid experience all around and I would definitely stay again.

The Wall Street Hotel will treat you with their quality staff (from reception to Lobby Bar) and their exquisite taste in decor and design. They have earned their 5 Stars, from luxurious rooms (beds are super comfy) to delicious dining (best oysters I’ve ever had!) Great location to stroll the charm and history of lower Manhattan. Would stay here again and would love to stay longer!

14 firefighters from Scotland all agreed it was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel clean, in an ideal location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms had a large fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Thry even gave us a wee goody bag with water and crisps when we checked in. A couple of the guys used the gym and said it was small but ideal. It's close to the subway but I walked everywhere, sometimes on my own at night and never had any hassle. There's free tea and coffee in the foyer and big praise for the 99c pizza shop next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We were fortunate to have a room ready upon our arrival and were greeted by a friendly staff. The rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. The furniture and fixtures were very nice and the beds were quite comfortable. Although we did not partake, the mini bar was well stocked with drinks and a few snack options. There is a subway entrance right by the hotel entrance making traveling a breeze. The hotel is situated in a nice area and is right around the corner from a CVS in case you forgot anything while packing.

We chose the hotel for its fantastic location and the fact Moxy hotels are fairly hip, cool and modern. Location was absolutely amazing and there is so much in the vicinity to do or eat/drink etc we really loved it. The small, narrow reception was adequate enough - we were checked in by a lady who said we were 20 mins early, so the room she could give us was a twinned room available immediately. I jokingly said if it was an upgrade we’d take it! That didn’t go down well for some reason and then all of a sudden our original room was ready. Weird. The room was very bijou, and the do clever things like store the ironing board under your bed (it just requires someone to tell you that rather than going on a hunt for it). The room was super cool and did not disappoint in that way, the view was ok but we were not on a high floor. Heavenly soft bed, fantastic bathroom and shower and we loved the shower gel/shampoo fragrance they use. The main bar area by morning is all very serious, with lots of serious people with Apple laptops and iced lattes but by night it is a very lively place indeed with a fun vibe which we liked. Upon check out, we found out we were supposed to use tokens given to us on check in……great….so we scurried upstairs to try and use them on the restricted items specified. Check out was marred by the issues which should not have occurred upon check in but all in all it is a nice hotel to stay in.

Location is great, our room view is awesome ! (27th floor) Doorman is friendly and useful. We reach the hotel in the morning but early check-in are not allowed. So front staff asked me to pay deposit and check-in later (4.00 pm). When I’m back the hotel, other front staff asked me to pay deposit again. But I told her that the hotel already charged me in the morning. She still confirms that there are no record in the system. I also proved her with bank msg on phone. After manager comes and re-check again and my case is ok. And deposit (200$) will be return after checkout (about 15 days for international bank). It s on pending now. Hope there are no issues for my deposit again. Another point is hotel parking, it is renovated right now. But you can find another parking nearby. And location is great , subway is very close. Im really like this hotel :)
