Hotel berhampiran SB Deli & Convenience, New York

Very nice hotel in good location. Quick weekend stay. Easy access to train station (walk about 100 feet) or one across the street. Took 12 minutes to get to Times Square. About a 20-minute Uber ride LGA (8pm on a Friday night). Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Not too big of rooms, but you are in NY so you have to understand that. Planet Fitness is across the street. Hudson Food Market is adjacent to the hotel. There is a food market across the street and some bars in the area. Hotel gym was good and spacious. Lots of area to move around and actually work out. Did not mingle much with the staff except for check in and check out. There is a restaurant/lounge on the premises that has seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

Close to airport and room is very clean.

Hotel is nice and just a few stops via subway from manhattan. Room is clean and big. The surrounding is ok and patrolled by police most of the time. Did not encounter any issue during our stay.

When I found out Crystal was hosting a wine/beer/social hour I was excited to go. The host Crystal was very welcoming and explained the variety of wine and beer options. She made me feel like I was at home enjoying a drink after a long day. I was told she is hosting again on Thursday. I can't wait to see her again and relax with some wine.

This is a great new hotel. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean, in the rooms and in common areas. The rooms are large with the biggest television I've seen in this type of room. The self catering area has a large fridge and microwave together with all the utensils you could wish for. The king bed was large as the name suggests with ample clean linen. The memory foam mattress was too soft for me however so I did use the alternative large sofa bed instead. The buffet breakfast's were outstanding, mainly egg based but with plenty of other options such as cheeses porridge and breakfast serials and muffins. Oat milk and other varieties of milk were available together with hot drinks and juices etc. There were hot drinks in the rooms and available 24 hours a day in the reception area. There was a slight queue at check in but extra staff soon arrived to speed up the process. Checking out was exceptionally easy. Admittedly the hotel in Queens is not in the best of areas but having said that I never felt unsafe even before dawn. There are also many subway options within 20 minutes walking.

My daughter and I first learned about the beautiful views from the Panorama Room right after it opened from a person we met that lives on Roosevelt Island. They were right! Likely my favorite views of the city! So when my daughter graduated this month from Columbia, my husband and I decided to make a week's reservation to stay at the Graduate Hotel! When I made the reservation several months ago, we decided to get the ”Get Up + Go Package” which included a continental breakfast from their Anything At All lobby restaurant. I mistakenly made the reservation for one person instead of two, so I made a reservation change online and also called the hotel to make sure they adjusted it. The person I spoke with ensured us that our reservation was changed to two and that the price would be the same (we were spending well over $2600 for our stay). Upon arrival, the person at the front desk said the reservation was only for one person and that only one of us could get the continental breakfast. So I explained what happened but she had no record of it. She said she would talk to the manager about it -- and later advised that the manager said we would have to pay extra for the continental breakfast. It all felt so silly - we are talking basically coffee (which is free for all anyway) and pastries, fruit, or granola. Besides, we had to miss breakfast a couple times during our stay because we had to leave for graduation events before they served it. They relented after all but we felt it was a poor way to start our stay. I think communication is a problem in general there because before we arrived I sent an inquiry to the Panorama Room asking about the Mother's Day brunch menu and they never responded. I tried calling a few times and could not get through. So although I made a reservation for brunch, I ended up canceling it. As for the room, we very much liked it. We had a great view from the 17th floor, the bed was comfortable, the room was large, and we liked the Roosevelt era decor. So the rating is mainly for the that. You can reach Roosevelt Island via the F train or the tram (which is fun for one trip over). Getting there can wear on you over a long time but it was an interesting place/location to stay.

Wasnt expecting the room to be VERY tiny. Theres only 2 of us that stayed and still thought it was a very tight room. Shower doesnt have a barrier away from the toilet, so you get the whole toilet room wet. Sink doesnt come w a wide top space to put your toiletries on. No drawers. No cabinets. Only 2 very small bes side table.

出差美國，其中一站到了紐約，住在皇后區法拉盛，最方便的地點是萬麗酒店。離拉瓜迪亞機場比較近，離肯尼迪機場稍遠一點，門外周邊有大量的中式餐飲選擇。酒店前台在12樓，餐廳在11樓，幾部電梯到達不同的樓層，需要留意。房間不大，但功能齊全，住得比較省心。某一天忽然火警大作，前台打聽了一下，説是測試，這個説法有點扯。總的來説，是一家比較方便實惠的酒店。
