Very nice, upscale hotel. Good customer service, large and clean room. Great food at Temple Court. Only fault would be breakfast took a while to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant. But an overall Solid experience all around and I would definitely stay again.

Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

They have earned their 5 Stars, from luxurious rooms (beds are super comfy) to delicious dining (best oysters I’ve ever had!) Great location to stroll the charm and history of lower Manhattan. Would stay here again and would love to stay longer!

If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Manhattan, look no further than 11 Howard. I just finished my third stay here over the past six months and I have found my new home away from home in NYC. Once I walk into that beautiful yet quaint boutique lobby, check-in agents are ready to greet, friendly and hospitable. All of the staff make it evident that they are available for anything you might need during your stay. I even love the aroma of the hotel, which puts me into total relaxation and is an amazing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The common areas are extremely clean and well-maintained, and yet so quiet too! The rooms I have stayed in are spectacular and extremely clean, with the amazingly comfortable beds, blackout curtains and my absolute favorite spa shower. It's almost crazy how quiet the rooms are, given the prime downtown location. The hotel is so close to NYC's best restaurants, nightlife and shopping, and conveniently located near all subway lines if you need to travel to any part of the city. If you need a hotel in NYC, look no further!

14 firefighters from Scotland all agreed it was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel clean, in an ideal location and the staff were so helpful. The rooms had a large fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Thry even gave us a wee goody bag with water and crisps when we checked in. A couple of the guys used the gym and said it was small but ideal. It's close to the subway but I walked everywhere, sometimes on my own at night and never had any hassle. There's free tea and coffee in the foyer and big praise for the 99c pizza shop next door. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not very up-to-date. However, the room was clean and accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived (super early before check-in), until the time we left, I felt like I was more than just a room number to them. When I asked for a towel swap, they had a staff member at my door in under 15 minutes and even offered to empty the trash. Holiday was a 18 th bday gift for my son . Room 706 for 1 night The hotel had put up bday balloons and banners and was a nice surprise . The hotel is in a great position downtown Manhattan really close to the underground stations and close to 9/11 memorials. The street Hotel is on is in a bit of unloved area with empty buildings surrounding it - could do with some TLC Lobby areas and room are nice and had great amenities but looking tired and dated and lots of areas could be freshened up Inside Lifts are covered in a fabric which as we are just getting over covid seemed strange as unsure why required and certainly wouldn’t be easy to be cleaned Also in the room the sink tap was very crooked and the en-suite door was loose and needs proper fixing. Strange how the kettle is in the bathroom !! Feel like the sink should be in the bathroom and the kettle outside the bathroom Bathroom door is a sliding mechanism and worked although broken and hinges loose TV was good and wifi excellent Lobby amenities of free hot drinks was a welcomed after a long journey . Guest Toilet on c floor was very unloved and needs refitting as worn and dated Staff are helpful , stored our cases with ease , checking in and out easy Thanks for a great short stay

We chose the hotel for its fantastic location and the fact Moxy hotels are fairly hip, cool and modern. Location was absolutely amazing and there is so much in the vicinity to do or eat/drink etc we really loved it. The small, narrow reception was adequate enough - we were checked in by a lady who said we were 20 mins early, so the room she could give us was a twinned room available immediately. I jokingly said if it was an upgrade we’d take it! That didn’t go down well for some reason and then all of a sudden our original room was ready. Weird. The room was very bijou, and the do clever things like store the ironing board under your bed (it just requires someone to tell you that rather than going on a hunt for it). The room was super cool and did not disappoint in that way, the view was ok but we were not on a high floor. Heavenly soft bed, fantastic bathroom and shower and we loved the shower gel/shampoo fragrance they use. The main bar area by morning is all very serious, with lots of serious people with Apple laptops and iced lattes but by night it is a very lively place indeed with a fun vibe which we liked. Upon check out, we found out we were supposed to use tokens given to us on check in……great….so we scurried upstairs to try and use them on the restricted items specified. Check out was marred by the issues which should not have occurred upon check in but all in all it is a nice hotel to stay in.

Firstly, Ms. Monica is the reason I can give 4 stars to this review. Arriving at the hotel a little pass 12:00 am on the 8th April, 2023 to hear that our reservations was canceled and no rooms was available, breaked my heart. Thank to Teresa who immediately tried her best to get my husband and I a room for the night, because there was no way we were leaving to another find another hotel, especially being it was our 1st time in New York. The next day they told us we would be able to get a room fitting our originally reservations. After a long wait, we found out it was all the way to the 34th floor. I intinially told them about my situation bout heights. After alot if back and forth Ms. Monica came to my rescue. She was able to find another room but it would not be available ubtil the following Midday. Even though I was still very much upset Ms. Monica had graciously explain the situation and promised the next room I will be moving to I would love it. Low and below the next day we were upgrade to a suite. And we were more then comfortable for the remaining days of our trip. Thank you so very much Ms Monica. WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR KIND AND WARM HOSPITALITY.

It was a great stay! Monica went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible. She is very welcoming and helped us with our every needs. Whether it was replacing a new card or pointing us in the right direction or even just welcoming us back to the hotel after a long rainy day. You can count on that we will definitely rebook as long as Monica is still there!
