Night out in the great north east, stayed at central a few times now and Nic was great friendly and a laugh big thank you to the bar staff for making us yet again welcome. Rooms are great and just a quick walk to the bar, foods a great little starter to get you ready for the night out. Many thanks guys

First stay at travel lodge and was very impressed,the room was absolutely adequate spotless and very comfortable. The staff I had dealings with were very friendly efficient and helpfully and I would recommend this place to anybody. We purchased a pizza in the bar late on at night and it was delicious.

Stayed for the 1 night. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of Central Station. I got an early check-in as I arrived at midday. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is lovely. The bar staff were amazing, and the bar is great and very spacious. Great bar staff Nic and Liam. Great stay.

The check in experience was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean functional with all amenities you would expect and comfortable bed. There is plenty of space fir storing tour clothes and belongings. The shower is nice and hot.

Glitchy website led me to booking the wrong date so my room wasn't booked for the right day but they couldn't refund me. They said I had to ring a call centre about that. I rang, waited 15 minutes and they dropped my call. Rang again and it was answered by the rudest woman in the world who sounded like she was in the middle of household chores rather than in call centre. She said I shouldn't have called and I had to log the issue on line. I did. Didn't hear back. Had to pay for another night's stay at twice the price. So in the end I paid 90 quid for a room that was stuck between stage parties and didn't even have a phone socket next to my bed to charge my phone. Awful experience.
