Everything was quite ok just that the room wasn't sound proof , the club downstairs will operate till 1-2 am which you couldn't sleep due to the loud music .

Good location, look to good service but not much 100% and communication skills has so so~ Generally rating to 4 has enough.

Our room and view. That’s nice place to relax but the breakfast was not my taste, many choices but 🙃 food was so bbad. im vnese so i didnt have goood time at breakfast, so sad because that’s my fav meal of the day.

Lovely spacious and clean room, great bathrooms. Food was excellent, big portions. Buffet style breakfast with a big variety of food. Excellent location opposite the beach and easy to get around the city. Lovely pool and gym. Room service a bit slow but in general a great hotel.

Good kid club. Good water park. But the minimum age of entering science museum is not reasonable.

The room was nice, but I woke up at night due to a party on the beachfront. It's not easy to sleep when that happens.

I stayed 3 nights with my family. The staff here are nice and some of them can speak English fluently, especially the tall & slim, pretty white receptionist (forgot to ask for her name) but she is very smart! She can speak fluent English, remember your room no. & pass you your room card when you came back to hotel. Much appreciated of her quick response & friendly manner. The room has good beach view but unfortunately it was rainy during my stay. The infini pool and pool bar are a bit small but beautiful. What a pity no one swam on these rainy days. The room supplies were sufficient with hair dryer and common amenities. The breakfast has varieties of choices and the window seats have great beach view. It was surprised that the clinic at the 6/F provided free medical supplies. If you are injured, you can visit the medical staff there and get immediate needs. The only improvement is that there were often not enough vnd for money exchange every day. You’d better ask for it early in the morning. Also, if you call Grab, the drivers often ask you to get on at Vincom Plaza which is right next to Vinpearl. My overall impression towards Vinpearl is good. I would recommend it to tourists because the it is so convenient that the hotel is near to the beach, shopping malls & tourist spots.

Great location. Plenty within walking distance including shopping centre, massages, cafes including western cafes. Small things only with service - asked for an iron, took an hour. Asked for some spare towels didn’t come. But good value for money and clean.

Again this VinPearl group has to upgrade the services. Breakfast is too small for the amount of guests with one coffee machine that didn't work for the last two days of my stay. Your breakfast table is cleaned while you eat, littraly your coffee and plate is removed while you get something for your meal.

Strongly recommend Vincharm SPA. Must Try Vietnamese Massage Therapy.
