Ulasan Vesna Hotel

Me and friends spent 2 nights in this hotel, we were looking for an hotel with pool and a private beach. As we arrived we were surprised by the beautiful view from the small balcony. But our excitement ended soon. The rooms were really dirty on the floor, sink was full of insect and beard probably from previous guest, plus it didn't flush. Only half roll of toilet paper so I had to borrow from another room since I tried to call reception by the phone but always unanswered. We tried to go to the pool, the water colour was similar of the Mekong river, so we headed to the "jacuzzi" that was also a kids pool, so no way to relax, also there, the water was dirty, cold and the suction was so strong I got hurt. Very dangerous. Noone from the staff there to supervise. I asked my laundry to be done, and actually the service was very quick, as they started ringing insistently the doorbell for a good couple of minutes at 7.15am in the morning. Didn't need an alarm anyway. Next day, I got woken up from other guests screaming and yelling and baby crying in the corridor, and the sensation they were inside the room, so no soundproof at all. Useless to say there was no private beach ad written on every platform we searched, and the nightshift receptionist laught at me for just asking. As a 5* hotel the need to reevaluate how to treat guest and not give fake info.
