Ulasan Gonsala Hotel Nha Trang

Do yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. We were provided with an early check in after correspondence with Jasmin who was only too happy to assist with our request. Received a room upgrade which included an amazing view overlooking the beach and skyline of Nha Trang. Although the hotel is one street back from the beach it is a short walk only to get there. The room was amazing, a true 5 Star in my opinion. Comfortable bedding and pillows, the luxurious and modern fittings in the room are a testament to the designer of this hotel. A beautiful bathroom with a stand alone bath, accompanied by a large shower with a rainfall shower head. Relaxing rooftop pool with a bar and an amazing view over Nha Trang. Gym facilities are also available. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and always made sure you were being looked after. The reception area was very classy and this was replicated by the classy service by the staff at reception with a special mention to Ninh and Tien. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel and don't hesitate in booking. I stayed at 3 hotels in Nha Trang and this one was clearly the winner in so many ways. You will not be disappointed.

직원들이 친절한 것 말고는 장점이 하나도 없는 호텔. 2024년 오픈한 신축 절대 아니다. 여기저기 낡았다. 룸키도 너덜너덜하다. 방에서 담배냄새가 심하게 나서 계속 목이 아프고, 수영장에서도 담배를 피우는 사람들이 있어서 여행 내내 폐가 썩는 느낌이었다. 방청소를 해도 욕실에 머리카락과 물이 그대로 있으며, 방청소 후 새 수건을 달라고 말해야 준다.

위치가 무척 좋습니다. 기본적으로 번화만 곳이랑 어딜가도 반경 1km 이내구요 바닷가랑도 멀지 않아요. 수영장과 조식도 딱 필요한 만큼 좋습니다ㅎ

The hotel is very close to the beach and only takes 2-3 minutes to reach the beachThe service is very good, the staff are very enthusiastic, the scenery of the hotel is also very good.The buffet breakfast here is very rich and the underground parking lot is very convenient.If I come next time, I will choose here again.

Nguyen Van Anh and Nguyen Khoi Nguyen so friendly and very helpfull, the hotel so nice, food was good, the way to the beach so close just only 2 minutes to there. Good place to stay in Nha Trang, will come back next time. Thank you about everthing and good exp.
