My impression of the hotel isn't very good. I read a lot of glowing reviews, but it turns out not all of them were true. The location is good in relation to the sea and the market, but there are hardly any shops, malls, or cafes nearby; you have to take a taxi to the center. The most depressing impression was made by the hotel staff, especially the breakfast team. It felt like they quietly hated us. We also couldn't order dinner, even though there was plenty of time before closing, and it was hard to find anyone at the poolside bar too. Now, about the cleanliness, or rather, the lack thereof. The mattress was stained, the mattress topper was torn and stained all over, and the pool towels looked like they'd survived a nuclear war. The pillow was tiny and there was only one. The floors weren't washed, just lightly swept with a broom. I've never been picky about small details in hotels before, but nothing here felt right. The breakfasts seemed plentiful, but they weren't tasty; it was clear they were mass-produced. The girl at the reception was very nice and friendly, but the rest of the staff weren't. Call a taxi through Indriver; if you call through the hotel, it will be significantly more expensive. There's a small shop nearby where you can buy snacks, alcohol, ice cream, noodles, etc., at reasonable prices.

Great location. Near the beach. Good selection of food for breakfast. Vietnamese noodle soup is good there.

Don’t even know where to start. The hotel is very worn out although we had one of the expensive rooms. There is no service what so ever: the baby crib we got was broken, so our baby ended up falling through. The hotel just resembled the bed and it broke again. The check in time was 14 and we ended up waiting almost an our more, because they hadn’t cleaned the room. The cleaning was bad in the room, and the cleaning took the toilet paper without replacing it. When we asked reception for toilet paper it never came and we had to get it ourselves. The breakfast is tasteless and very low quality - definitely not five star quality. Breakfast is chaotic with too few tables and chairs (no matter if you arrive at 7 or 8.30) The pool is dirty, there are only ten sunbeds and the so-called private beach for the hotel is located ten minutes walk away, but only has 12 sun beds and you need to fight with the remaining 100 guests about them. The hotel is filled with Russians who do not know how to behave civilised - not that you can blame the hotel for this, but if you consider this hotel, you should not. Only positive thing: the concierge/man who helps with luggage is very service minded, smiling and really does a great job.

Always noisy, location soso, food ok, staffs depends on the person you talk to mostly good but there was one staff that was not good. Not sure if I ever be back again.

The night swim was fantastic. It's great for families, though I'd recommend using a photo filter. The location is also decent, and the service is good. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery.

A nice hotel right by the sea. Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The Russian-speaking receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful with everything, from booking taxis to assisting with ticket payments using a local Vietnamese card. Definitely the best choice for active travelers who don't want to just stay in their room, as it's conveniently located near shops, the beach, and local attractions.

Spotless rooms. The entire property was well-maintained and tidy. Great swimming pool. Delicious breakfast. Excellent service, with all staff members being very friendly. Good value for money.

The hotel isn't bad overall. However, in the large room with panoramic windows, the window was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but it was passable.

Overall, it's a good hotel. It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly. I'd especially like to commend Dima at the front desk; he's always ready to help and provide useful information. A big shout-out to him!

We had an unpleasant interaction with the new guy at reception, but the manager apologized and was very accommodating, showing clear customer focus! This is already our sixth time staying at this hotel — it feels like a home away from home.thnx
