Ulasan Queen Ann Nha Trang Hotel

The hospitality was superb, and the staff were very courteous. Staying just across from the beach was an amazing experience. We had access to a beach umbrella 🏖️, which was a nice touch. Despite some rain during the day, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially swimming in the pool. Guests also receive discount vouchers for the I Resort. The view from the Sky Lounge was fantastic, and having breakfast while looking at the ocean was truly wonderful. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Nha Trang.

Everything was great. The location is good, beach is in front of the hotel, breakfast is nice. A lot of fruits, great variety of dishes, not just snacks, I really enjoyed every meal I had there. Beds are huge and soft. In short, you can really book that place and expect the great experience. А еще персонал говорит на русском.

This is an extraordinary hotel. The services, including in the restaurants, are top level, while the rooms are beautiful. The location is also very good, just across the street from the beach. Great views from our room balcony. There are only a few glitches. The breakfast is overburderdened; simply too many people at breakfast at once. One idea for the management would be to introduce a small charge for breakfast, which would quickly cut the number of guests breakfasting in the hotel. The other issue is the elevators. Due to breakfast assault and departures, the wait for an elevator may be quite long in the morning.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Amazing facilities and service. Highly recommend getting a room woth a balcony and ocean view!

Nice place. A bit far from all noise streets. Good buffet breakfast. Private beach.

Overall it is very great, staff are very helpful. However, the temperature of sauna and steam room are not hot enough. Hope these would be improve and I hope to stay in this hotel again

This hotel is simply amazing. Great location, wonderful staff, and the amenities nearby are great.

Завтрак очень разнообразный, номер классный, вид с балкона кайфовый. И из ванной тоже)) Жаль, не удалось поваляться на лежаке на балконе из-за погоды. Сервис отличный! Все понравилось!
