I love staying at the Circus Circus, I just wish the rooms included microwaves 🙃…. pictures from the 8th floor

The room is clean, but the pillows were too puffy

I had a mini suite by myself and that was great! It’s a little older hotel, but I feel happy in those kind of places. Great location, people and a lot of things to do. Also for families.

What an excellent hotel Circus Circus I will stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my family members. The amenities are wonderful if we need to upgrade, we can upgrade no problem at the front desk reservation was made very easily bathroom super clean water super hot beds super clean the sheets were definitely clean and changed. We stayed at the best value Inn Carson City and that was a horror film 😩🤢 for $150 👎🏼 “no bueno”, I don’t know what else to say that was just something else from another world super dirty on the walls bathroom everything so we will not stay there ever again in Carson City! But we are here at the Circus Circus in Reno and we had a blast and the arcades and kids zone Restaurants are a plus and the whole experience was an A+. The price was absolutely reasonable for the room that you get, it’s awesome!! Thank you, Circus Circus Reno 🫶🏼

Nice place to take Family

No more buffet, need more asian restaurants, the shop open very late, not much choice for food in the morning

They will add a $40+ ****** fee when you check in. I’m not sure if that is per day or not as I only stayed one night. Everything was quite good there but gone are the days of valet car service. Room was standard with no complaints other than only two for the five lights in the bathroom worked. ****** was surprisingly up to date with many nice dining options. Loved the Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop ($18 for three cod pieces with chips).

The bathtub was not draining well, backing up.  I called the front desk and asked them to fix.  They said they would send someone, but when I came back the bathtub was still not draining well.

Clean room, the shower had great water pressure, good price.

circus2 is a bit old with not so many amenities to offer its customers. The bedsheets and pillow cases were worn out. Some elevators were also not working.

Overall a good stay, I liked how there was a good court and a whole restaurant complex that connected to other hotels and made it feel like a mall, ****** and arcade all in one.

Friendly people at the check in and out good house Keeping service had to upgrade to avoid travel distance with a handicap visitor

It's amazing Trip.com got us this great hotel for fractions of their usual cost. Great job trip.com!!

It took us about an hour just to check in, then another half hour to get to the room…there was a huge line to get in the elevator. It was my first time at the circus circus and I got charged extra for resort fees and taxes, I usually stay at the GSR or Hampton inn and get a suite which would have cost me less and less stress and time.
