It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. When we left the room to be cleaned we left one of our Apple Watches on the table, we went to have a coffee while they were cleaning and when we returned the watch was not there. We search everywhere, we take all the clothes out of the suitcases and backpacks, we search between the sheets, in the closets, in the drawers, everywhere! We went down to the reception to tell us about it and they told us that they were going to check with the cleaning service and they were going to look at the cameras to see if we had it with us when we went to have coffee. After a while they told us that it wasn't there so we went up to check the room with two hotel workers and two cleaning women. When we get to the room they check my things and surprisingly a worker suddenly finds the watch on the bed that we had already checked at least 5 times and it was done when we got to the room. They start laughing in our faces and he asks me if I'm accusing him of stealing it from me. I tell him no but the clock wasn't there before. I find their behavior shameful as well as embarrassing and rude.

Stayed only 1 nite here but all the best is in Dqua Hotel. Before checking to Dqua Hotel, our group had a short trip to Đầm market, Đầm is a bigest market in Nha Trang, if you want to buy gift for your family nowhere better than Dầm Market. After shopping, we moved to Dqua Hotel for checking in. It took us only 5 minutes to get to Hotel. D’qua staff welcome us very profectional, lugguge & welcome drink was readly for us. A cold welcome drink after walking trip was so amazing. Room is beautifull and clean, all our requests for whole old member was arranged standard, we all total satified about room. We had no time to go to the fool, but my friend said that it was chill with panorama view from 31 floor. Breakfast was not too big but enough for us to get energy for next destination, One thing I want to recomment for this Hotel is coffee. I knew Việt Nam is king of coffee but coffee in Dqua Hotel is the best of the best. Lobby staff was welcome & friendly from our arrival to departure. We took lot of pic together. Hope to comeback here in a soonest time to see them again. We hightly recomment this hotel for all.

Loved this hotel. Great location next to the beach and bars and restaurants. Hotel staff go above and beyond to help you and are so very friendly. Reception did all they could to make our stay so perfect. We stayed 10 nights. The food in the restaurant was delicious we had breakfast which was plentiful, fresh and great quality. Lunch by the pool which was fabulous and a 3 course dinner in the restaurant one night which was really top quality. Our room was really large and comfortable with the most amazing view of the ocean and islands beyond. We did swop rooms as we wanted a bigger balcony and the reception were so helpful showing us other choices. Loved this place and would love to return

Đoàn mình đến check-in khách sạn Em Ơi! vào tối muộn, nhưng vợ chồng Anh Chị Chủ vẫn ở lại chờ để welcome Đoàn. Sự nồng nhiệt, chân thành và hiếu khách của Anh Việt và toàn thể nhân viên tại Em Ơi! làm mình thật sự vui và ấn tượng. Các bạn lễ tân phải nói là cực kỳ hòa nhã và dễ thương luôn. Yếu tố con người mình vote cho Em Ơi! 10/10 rồi không còn gì để bàn nữa. Kiến trúc khách sạn khá open, phòng ốc mới mẻ, sạch đẹp, phong cách bày trí tối giản - sang - xịn - mịn nhưng tổng hòa vẫn giữ được nét ấm cúng, gần gũi tạo cho khách cảm giác thư thái, thoải mái, thâm tình ”Home Sweet Home”. Đồ ăn phục vụ bên trong khách sạn thơm ngon, tròn vị, khẩu phần vừa đủ. Không gian nhà hàng lại còn tinh tế và rất đáng yêu. Cảm ơn Em Ơi Nha Trang đã mang đến cho Đoàn khách nhà mình một trải nghiệm lưu trú thật vui vẻ và đáng nhớ! Nhất định sẽ quay lại Em Ơi! vào những chuyến du lịch Nha Trang tới. highly recommend ＜3
