We just had a very disappointing experience in there. I don't even know where to start. This is not really what we can call a resort. It looks more like a local "accommodation place" with children outdoor activities. Their website doesn't show the reality at all, so let me describe. We had a river view room with a bathroom including a shower full of hair. No bathroom trash can. WC smelled so much of chemicals (next morning I understood why, when I could smell sewers...). In the evening I got face to face with a toad in the bathroom, but also a leech in the shower (OMG...) I couldn't believe it. No TV in the bedroom, although it could be part of their "concept". The food is overpriced and very greasy. 250k for sauteed noodles with beef. You can find better and cheaper in a street food place. Breakfast was very poor. Not a buffet, but a choice of 2 dishes in their menu. Quality worth a 2 star local hotel at most. We stayed 2 nights but there is no cleaning service in the room (4 millions dongs per night! About 160 USD!! ). What they call a pool was empty when we arrived as they was changing the water. We definitely recommend not to stay there. Really felt like scammed. Totally overpriced.

I was a bit disappointed after my stay at Chi-Bu. This hotel could be the perfect staycation when you go and return, and share with your friends and come back with them. But unfortunately not. The room was really nice, direct access to the river. Comfortable, with a nice bathroom. And the surroundings are lovely, we enjoyed taking the kayak and go on the river. The food was good, and authentic, both for the diner and the breakfast. But there is not much to do, if you don't have a bike you are blocked here, nothing to do by walking distance, and very sad that there is no bicycles to visit nearby. So after only one night you have nothing to do. Also the return back to Saigon was painful. No taxi, no grab, nothing. We had to wait many hours to finally have an overcharged taxi introduced by the hotel. And while we were waiting and waiting, the team was not really helpful and not very supportive. The service is OK but very inconsistent with super friendly people and super cold people, that brings a weird feeling. I think this hotel should review their prices, it's clearly too expensive for the experience. I could come back for half of the price, otherwise it doesn't worth it, and that a bit sad to say.

Magnificent! The attention to detail and care in this little resort is amazing. Caring, kind staff. Beautiful amenities and decor. Comfortable, stylish rooms. Delicious food. Many places to relax. Clean river for safe paddling. They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

Không gian rộng thoáng nên có thể tổ chức nhiều hoạt động với số lượng người lớn. Highly recommend nha 👍 The natural landscapes around look peaceful and relaxing, they have boats and life jackets available for rowing along the river bank to enjoy sunset. Large and open space suitable for various activities operation and great number of people. I had wonderful times here, highly recommend!
