Really close to everything. Nice views from the Hotel. The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!! Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. 😃

Nice location with room facing the river and balcony. Staff provided us with complimentary cookies when we purchased from the mini bar for something to eat in the middle of the night

Nice hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and the restaurants were decent. Right across the street from Seneca Niagara ****** and a couple blocks from Niagara Falls.

Check in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising. They said they’ll looking into the matter but can’t do anything for now. They didn’t issue me a credit note for the amount charged. There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise 😡. They couldn’t get it up in 48 hours! Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous. They couldn’t serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast .

This hotel was great and front desk staff was more than accommodating. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was based very near to Niagara so the location is very convenient. However, at reception I felt a sense of passive aggression from the clerk at midnight which was unsoothing. The variety for breakfast was poor as there was only waffles and there were barely any amenities provided.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

위치, 가격, 조식 모두 마음에 들었지만 방음이 정말 안 되었습니다. 2층으로 낮은 층을 받았지만 다음에 간다면 꼭 4층으로 배정을 받고 싶을 정도로 층간소음이 너무 심합니다

Stayed here with my husband in a king suite. Staff was friendly and the room was perfect for the 2 of us.

Saya datang semasa wabak, jadi tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan, tetapi hotel ini sangat baru, koridornya sangat cantik, terdapat Starbucks di tingkat satu, tetapi ia ditutup kerana wabak. Ia sangat dekat dengan air terjun. Ia adalah tiga minit memandu. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta percuma. Tempat letak kereta di air terjun adalah $10 setiap satu. Belum makan sarapan di hotel. Bilik yang saya duduki sangat besar. Ia adalah bilik sudut dengan dua tingkap besar dari lantai ke siling. Walau bagaimanapun, kerana hotel ini agak pendek, terdapat hanya tiga atau empat tingkat dengan pemandangan purata. Kebersihan keseluruhannya agak baik, iaitu syampu, perapi, gel mandian atau sesuatu yang tidak boleh guna, ia adalah jenis tiga botol yang diisi dengan banyak cecair.
