Hotel Dengan Breakfast di County Dublin, Ireland

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful location along the banks of the river Liffey. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and gave me an upgrade apon arrival. Definitely a convenient location for people who want to tour the sites in Dublin or who are using Dublin Airport the next day. The bus directly to the airport is very near the hotel. I will definitely be using this hotel when in Dublin again.

Heating didn’t work in room but they fixed it once asked, bathroom door wouldn’t remain closed. This appears to be a hotel for workmen as there are signs everywhere not to wear work boots to bedrooms , signs again in bar and dining room, location great, hotel a bit shabby. Not a couples hotel but grand if your a builder looking to put your head down for the night

I stayed at the Clayton Hotel Galway recently and found the hotel itself to be comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was decent, offering a reasonable selection. However, the location is quite far from Galway’s main train and bus stations, which made getting into the city centre less convenient without a car. Public transport options are limited, so you may need to rely on taxis or long walks if you don’t have your own transport. This hotel is better suited for those attending events nearby or travelling by car rather than visitors wanting easy access to Galway city centre.

Really Good Hotel, the Room was Quite and big. The Recepcionsits were really Friendly. They Clean the Room everyday. The Location is Great, really close from the Train Station and the Phoenix Park.

Stayed at this hotel for my first time in Dublin, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel's location is amazing – an easy walk from the city centre, plus lots of supermarkets/shops like LIDL, ALDI & Tesco around the hotel. The room was a lot bigger than what I was expecting. Hotel and room were very clean, housekeeping staff asked me whether I needed towels changed instead of assuming I did, which was nice. My only slight issue (or more just an uncomfortable situation than issue) was that Trip.com website stated that Double Rooms are located on 1st–3rd floor, when in reality I was given a room on the seventh floor. As a person with a fear of hights, it was terrifying, however, I was lucky the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and I quickly forgot about the height I was in. Which is why I would say it's more of a minor inconvenience rather than an actual issue with the hotel or the room.

Good hotel. Room is clean, comfortable,  a little small. Perfectly fits my needs for a business overnight stay Located a short walk from centre.

The hotel is beautiful and steeped in history. Breakfast was very nice and location is convenient for the airport. My only issue was we stayed in room 003 and in the morning about 4am delivery trucks starting driving back and forth down the side alley which actually woke us up as the window was open. One of the trucks even decided to back up down the alley with a constant beep beep beep which was really annoying. I'm not sure why he just didn't turn around but clearly he chose not to. The other small issue was the shower took forever to drain but this is an easy fix which the hotel said they would look after. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Pro’s - new hotel so it was very clean and trendy. Great shower pressure. Location is pretty good. Breakfast is great but very busy so a lot of the product runs out quick, more hot options would be good. Con’s - the men working on the counters weren’t too friendly or welcoming upon arrival. no coffee station in room, they have these located in the ‘galley’ which is just sachet coffee, for the room price I think that a simple coffee machine would be appreciated by all guests.

Apart from excellent location, the service rendered by the staffs was impeccable. I wld like to specially highlight a few names namely Emily and Anna from Front Desk, both were patient, friendly and cheerful and always going out of their way to help with any queries we have. Another person is Ms Marcello from F&B who is amicable and always chatting with us during our breakfast. Last but no least, Samson and his brother, both from Security team who are always ready to assist with older guests who had problems lifting their luggages up the flight of steps to the lift landing. Overall we stayed 8 nights and it has been an amazingly awesome experience that made us feel very welcomed. Kudos to the team for their warm hospitality and bringing the Holiday Inn Express brand to a higher level. Keep up your excellent work. Cheers!

Very clean room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, however it was possible to feel the junction between the two single beds. The room was in the basement level, the corridor have a strange smell, bur inside the room was fine. Bathroom is great with and bright.
