The hotel is well located. The girls in the reception are really nice and helpful with anything you need.The hotel is quite new so the rooms are well, but the daily cleaning is bad. I stayed several days and you have to ask them to clean the room not only to change the bin.

We spent two wonderful nights at Yungang Hotel in Datong. First of all, our deepest gratitude to Yang wen yuan - 杨文元. When booking from Europe, we did not realise correctly the time required to get to the caves and to the hanging monastery (a must view when in Datong). We thought that by using public transport we could manage to do both in a short period of time. So wrong! We arrived and Yang wen yuan - 杨文元 reassured us and in less than 30 minutes he was able to help and book for us a private car for the next day. He made our stay unforgettable. Thanks a lot from both of us if you are reading ! Plus, this hotel is wonderful : super new, technological and the staff is super kind (from the ones in the lobby to the ones in the restaurant/cafeteria). Breakfast is amazing. You can have everything, freshly made for you.

A perfect home in the ancient city, what a great experiance!! The host is super helpful, the room very clean, the breakfast was yummy 😋😋 I only regret that I haven't been there in summer to enjoy their beautiful courtyard for a coffee, take s look on the photo 😍

朋友一行三人住的家庭房，房間寬敞舒適乾淨；含2天早餐兩大一小，酒店直接調整三位成人，好感倍增；冬天空調暖風恰到好處，但對飲用水需求加大，每每前台都會派機器人送來常温和暖暖的水，好細心周到；所有的服務人員都熱情周到，都會主動詢問客人需求；有獨立停車場，對自駕出遊友好

Very good experience with hotel. Room was comfortable and the bathroom design is good. Reception staff was very helpful and provided good advice of Datong's tourist attractions. Hotel provided refreshment in the evening which was an excellent way to differentiate itself from the competition. Tried their chicken during early lunch and it was really tasty. Also, the staff kindly allowed me to play their Yamaha piano at the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to people visiting Datong.

Very convenient hotel. Staff was indifferent, hotel facilities were not well maintained, cleaning and hygiene somehow not matched with the group’s standards.

It is the place where I could dive myself into the historical atmosphere, peaceful and gorgeous. They decorate the room with classic furniture which can bring people back to the the past dynasty. I stayed here only one days but I'm sure I will be back. I'm really impressed by their hospitality and service. It's like I'm in my own home. Highly recommended!

What an amazingly unexpected service we received from Carter and the hotel management at Longxuanju! We were picked up at the train station with a big welcoming smile by Carter and Ms Zhang, hotel manager. Afterwards, Carter drove us to have lunch and tour the ancient town. When we got back to the inn at night, we were served tea and some sweets in the courtyard area. The next day Carter gave us a ride to/from Yungang Grottoes. Then we were taken to the train station early in the morning with breakfast thoughtfully packed to go. Longxuanju is only 15min walk from the ancient town and located steps from one of the gate to city wall which is really nice to stroll at night. The room was stocked with fruits, snacks and water. And you can enjoy watching TV on the large movie screen in the room! We had an unforgettable experience in Datong thanks to Carter and hotel management!

Saya tidur dalam bilik dengan kang besar yang sangat unik. Tetapi hotel itu mempunyai sejarah yang panjang, dan ia dikatakan sebagai tempat Zhaojun menginap. Dan sarapan paginya sangat enak, mi sup kambing sedap, bos sangat bersemangat, dan sentiasa ada hirisan tembikai, sup plum masam dan makanan ringan lain di atas meja di lobi untuk dimakan tetamu. Lebih-lebih lagi, lokasi hotel ini sangat baik. Ia terletak di bandar purba dan mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Kedai mi di Jalan Xijin terletak di tingkat bawah, tidak jauh dari Kuil Huayan bertentangan, dan berdekatan dengan tarikan lain di bandar purba itu. Secara keseluruhannya hotel yang sangat bagus. Berbaloi untuk tinggal.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Wide variety of breakfast selection and the food quality is good. Provide free fruits, snacks and drink at the lobby hall. Most of the staff are helpful, except for an unpleasant encounter with one of the front desk male staff on the mid autumn night shift. He is the only one on night shift duty on the night of 17 Sep. He seems quite impatient and unfriendly to attend to us. The counter sells beer, we were asking him if is ok to buy the beer and have it at the lobby dining area. He didn't give a direct answer of 'No', we were confused and kept asking. But he raised his voice, which is unprofessional of a customer service staff. We were not expecting such service and attitude from a well-known hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience at the hotel and generally we are satisfied with the experience.

It was a very satisfying stay. The service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast buffet is diverse and plentiful. The location is perfect for all the city sights. I'd definitely stay there again.

近日從京城來到大同古城，慕名選定了雲崗建國賓館入住。當初次走進氣勢的大堂，精美的裝飾非常養眼。特別是服務接待熱情周到，業務嫻熟。特別表贊孟楠和王彩雲兩位美女服務員，主動幫助解決遇到的點滴事情。還有A座8層服務員幫助調試空調，很是負責。當我們中午來到餐廳，選定自助用餐時，服務員孫麗英，王浩熱情周到，及時幫忙解決遇到的小情況，給她倆點贊，給店家全體服務人員點贊！在這裏三天兩晚的吃住，我們有和家一樣的感覺。房間寬廠，乾淨衞生，洗浴十分方便，入睡十分順意。吃早餐，自助餐菜品豐富，可選餘地大。色香味俱佳，吃的非常適口，牛奶豆漿咖啡很適合我們口味。總的説來，這是一次十分愉快的住吃行的體驗。大同給我們留下了十分鮮明的好印象，建國賓館的住吃服務及設施給我們留下了美好的回憶。

環境：房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗很好。 服務周到又熱情。房間送的礦泉水很好喝，退房時我們把剩餘沒喝的水帶着了。 早餐也很可口，有現做的刀削麪，小米粥很贊，連喝三碗。 出行也非常方便，無論自駕或者打車都很方便，但又鬧中取靜，酒店很安靜。出門右轉溜達着就能到古城。這種國字頭的酒店住着踏實舒心，下次來大同還住這裏。

The hotel is located in a good location near shops Nd the old town sights. The rooms are large and the service on the executive floor was excellent, fresh fruit everyday not just once. The restaurant and room service are open lunch and diner time only, no late meals. Extensive breakfast is available. There is a bar but did not see many users. Did not see any gym or pool but it is possible I missed them. The bed was very comfortable and the high speed station (less than 2 hours to Beijng) is about 30 minutes away by taxi. Very enjoyable would revisit.

非常滿意的入住體驗，這麼寶藏的酒店差點錯過了，地理位置優越，房間歐式風格，保養的很好，床特別的大，也特別舒服，由於是淡季，給升了一級，本層的服務員大姐宋聰怡特別和善，有求必應。早餐非常，人也不多，服務員特別熱情。錯峯出行很重要。

1.酒店位置較好，周邊環境好，離古城有10多公里， 2.停車方便，有酒店專用停車場， 3.規模大，酒店單獨一棟樓，27層高，一個電梯有較大的晃動！！ 4.大廳比較大氣，有一小半作為婚紗攝影，客人可以休息，有沙發，但不好找，躲在一面牆後，有評論説不能坐，我專門看了能坐，就是不好找。 5.房間很大，衞生間很大，設施一般，電視很小，大概40英寸吧（不太準確哈）。地毯是幾何圖案，很炫目，個人很不喜歡，因人而異吧！房間光線不好，桌子上有個很怪異的枱燈，不怎麼亮，作為擺設又不好看🤭🤭 6.贈送的洗浴項目感覺是營銷手段，看評論有套路沒去！ 7.早餐豐富，品種多，味道也不錯，羊雜粉有點羶味，刀削麪還可以！

地段很好，前一天入住了另一間上榜的民宿，因為不滿意轉到雲中，然後發現位置好很多，周邊就是鐘樓鼓樓，就餐觀光都很方便，是我們想要的人間煙火氣。但是驛棧裏面又很安靜，完全沒有噪音影響休息。 服務很周到，每個工作人員都很親切。外賣點水果，不但幫我們放冰箱冷藏，還告訴我們驛棧自家有西瓜，想吃就和他們説。臨時改簽，幫我們聯繫凌晨兩點半去高鐵站的用車，最感動的是驛棧還安排了小哥把我家姑娘送到等在外面街道的車上。2:20am開門的時候小哥就安安靜靜坐在院子裏等着，比我們起得還早，真的很感謝。驛棧的商務車比一般商務車感覺更大，送我們去機場的師傅也很禮貌。 幫我們升級了房間，加床後也不擁擠，有智能馬桶加分。幾進的院落很有味道，可惜沒來得及仔細看看。臨走還送了當地特色伴手禮。 我們在山西玩了9天，這是最滿意的民宿。

入住了大同的温德姆大酒店的第一感覺就是，前台的服務員態度非常友好客氣，對客人充滿了熱情和尊重。辦理入住的前台主管趙丹丹非常專業，而且特別的有效率，給我們把酒店的設施都介紹了一下，還親自送我們去電梯！唯一就是進入大堂時工作人員非常少，人特別多有點吵雜。我的這位小趙管家還給我們介紹了酒店餐廳的本地美食，還有古城的特色餐廳和燈會展出！能看得出來是個非常有經驗的，很熱心的服務人員！客房也非常氣派，房間設施全部是智能化的，入住整體感覺的很舒適滿意！服務人員的熱情打動了我，讓我對大同留下了非常美好的印象！

雙人洗浴門票（不含毛巾、澡巾），酒店房間每天贈送水果和酸奶，沒有要求也主動打掃乾淨，這次來是我同事推薦的，我們選擇連住兩晚，在大同唯一入住酒店 設施：非常新，很氣派 服務：服務熱情，尤其是古欣經理當班的幾位工作人員，小曹小林。 酒店性價比高，停車方便，推薦。早餐美味豐富！

We stayed in this hotel on business, had absolutely wonderful experience, they took care of us from the moment we arrived, the hotel itself looks amazing, it has significant cultural history, like one of the city attractions. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. Strongly recommended to other, we will definitely stay here again next time when we are in Taiyuan

Receptionist very well versed and prompt service about my cancellation and re booking of room night due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure you locked your room when you are in the room due to the the room design of toilet with clear glass door and situated at the entrance of the room. Cleanliness needs improvement and we are unlucky to have a room with air conditioning problem.

1. TaiYuan MRT Line 2 exit side by side with hotel main door. so very easy to take this MRT from South to Central or North. 2. Hotel all staffs from check in counter, restaurant staffs all can remember what's we drink coffee on day before, we are so surprised and always show all smiles . 3. Breakfast are many items to select and very good. we are so enjoying this hotel. 4. We would like to back this hotel when we travel to TaiYuan on next time. Great!

設施：酒店有些年紀了，整體設施乾淨整潔，床品也非常的舒服，很喜歡羽絨的枕頭，細節上洗手間內部份會有些小的老化，比如馬桶沖水無法及時回彈導致一直上水的情況，但是無傷大雅 服務：前台的小姐姐和客房阿姨服務態度特別好，每次靠近前台都會非常主動的微笑招呼，客房阿姨對添加飲用水、開窗户的需求都能非常及時的響應，唯一不太能理解看到客人大包小包往裡拖東西時大堂幾位西裝工作人員無動於衷

衞生：整潔 環境觀景房，可以邊泡澡邊觀景愜意 服務：服務很好，到了酒店想喝咖啡，值班經理特意送上咖啡，感覺特別温暖，今天到瀋陽住的洲際，明顯有了落差，所以酒店是城市的窗口 !加油

跟住酒店有很大區別，院落寧靜，房間乾淨整潔，古香古色，沒有異味，床品很乾凈，院落式比普通酒店通風性好很多，住的接地氣，跟在家裡一樣，床炕很大睡五個人沒問題，服務很好，進來兩個小夥子接待很有禮貌，主動幫拿行李，有管家服務，很方便，退房免費延後很貼心，姑娘小樊服務很熱情，離柳巷、鐘樓街很近，地理位置優越，值得推薦！

酒店大堂比較奢華，但是房間內有些陳舊，房間內有設備間門沒有關，我們入住時把設備間的門關好，但是外出返回房間時，門又開了。酒店地上停車場沒有人員引導，停車時沒有停在車位上，晚上十點多酒店一名人員打電話告知需挪車，當時正在洗澡表示洗完就去，隨後五分鐘又一名酒店人員打電話語氣較強硬通知挪車。本來是想去山西博物館，但是也沒有預約到。體驗不是很好！

設施：五分 衞生：五分 環境：五分 服務：五分 每次來都找小喬，在這裏，我感受到了家的温馨，也感受到了生活的美好。這家酒店，讓我留戀忘返，這個地方浪漫又文藝，真的很適合來感受氛圍，太適合假日放鬆了，小喬非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍入住過程中非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題。來了這麼多次沒有踩過雷，非常不錯，想來的可以沖了。而且這家酒店，安靜的宛如一座坐落在繁華都市中的世外桃源，讓我感受到了家的温馨與舒適。

In the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is centrally-located inside the ancient city with great service. It’s like living in a museum! The hotel is housed in a thoughtfully renovated ancient college with a beautiful courtyard for chatting, eating, and chilling. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. I really enjoyed the traditional mat style bed. The hotel is a short walk away from the bustling Main Street. It was very convenient to walk to most attractions inside the walled City. The hotel owner also arranged free transport to take me to the high speed rail station. The service was wonderful. No complaints! If you’re staying here, I recommend checking out not just the ancient walled city but also the ancient temples in the area. I would stay here again without hesitation.

A brand new hotel in Jiexiu (great location to explore Mian Mountain, Zhangbi Castle and Wang Family Courtyard). Thank you for the great service (special thanks to Manager Hou), including a room upgrade.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff and nice rooms. We recommend the VIP building. The breakfast was chinese and western. The hotel is placed outside the city wall and can be reached easily with taxi or DiDi, but only a few steps to enter the ancient city area. The only field to improve is some basic English for foreign guests, but at the end we managed to communicate :-). See you again!

One of the best stay experience in China. The location is at the center of the old City. Close to many tourist attractions and the busy south street. The hotel rooms are just IN the traditional Shanxi luxury mansion. Very unique experience. But what makes the stay one of the best is the butler service. From the pre-arrival arrangement, post-arrival introduction of the old house, to the patient and warm service to our inquiries and requests, Juan’Er makes the stay really enjoyable.

Lovely modern hotel with many western amenities. They went to extreme lengths to accommodate us and speak English. We’re quite brave with eating when travelling but we still found the menu limited for a western taste. 10/10 location for exploring the small town

雖然與老闆並未謀面，但通過這間客房我體會到了他在經營這家酒店時的用心和對客人需求的無微不至。酒店的入户門不大，但沒想到進去後別有洞天，小院有小橋流水、石凳、盆景，環境幽靜古樸，很適合拍照或坐着思想穿越。 我住的複式窯洞的房子，從房卡開始就是藝術與生活的結合，房間備品齊全（備品的盒子拼在一起就是古城的圖案），洗澡水很大，空調很暖和，早餐很精緻，細節做的很貼心，不會讓某個東西因為設計或是擺放的問題，使你覺得不方便，全屋電器可以用“小愛同學”控制，晚上的夜燈亮度也剛剛好。進景區有電瓶車接，離店居然酒店又派車把我送去高鐵站，真是去親戚家都沒這麼熱情，賓至如歸名副其實。

滿意 周圍很多家酒店 看了環境很好，選了這家。交通方便，位置好，離大學城、機場和高鐵站都不遠，酒店外有共享電動車可用。房間舒適，乾淨衞生，很新，住的舒服 安靜。洗澡後拖鞋濕掉，讓前台送新的拖鞋來，工作人員可以及時送來。 房間還贈送了水果 前台很熱情 退房主動提示免費停車。設施完善齊全，有健身中心和漂亮的游泳池。

國慶在酒店住了四天，總體來説還是不錯，每天都有好幾家在酒店辦理婚禮的，可以看得出來在本地人心目中這個酒店還是不錯的。 大堂氣派，待人接物熱情，我有東西落酒店了，及時聯繫我給我快遞，足夠的停車場，還有游泳池。 但是我住的25樓行政樓，就我住的房間有兩個特別明顯的問題，一是房間不安全，以我住酒店的經驗，都不用房卡（如圖所示），隨便拿個東西一捅就把房門打開了，不帶一點麻煩的，安全存在極大隱患。 二是在我住的房間衞生間附近，很濃的一股煙味，特別是早晚上廁所的時候，不知道從哪裡飄來的的，因我們兩人都不抽煙，對煙味極度敏感，一下就能聞出來。 上述情況我孩子單獨住的房間一點沒有。 三是早餐菜品和樣數非常一般，住了四天，天天都是一樣的，沒有任何星級酒店的定位。

服務態度非常好 在山西住過好幾家酒店 這是服務態度最好的一家了 可以從靈石東站免費接送（提前預約即可） 去綿山 王家大院 紅崖峽谷都特別近 早餐很豐富 中餐晚餐可以點菜 廚師手藝很好 比外面的一些網紅餐廳都好吃 服務員非常貼心的幫忙解決各種問題 值得一提的是孩子在泳池游泳的時候 旁邊的泳池管理人員還非常耐心的教導孩子泳姿 有了不小的進步 雖然衹短短住了一晚 但感受到了很多温暖 酒店今年下半年裝修 有機會再來
