Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Shanxi, China

Clean hotel. Convenient and just infront of the airport. I just don’t like the hotel perfume. It smells so strong which is not refreshing for tired and dizzy passenger costumers.

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.  The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.  The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.  We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

the staff was friendly and the inn is very cute. the toilet was a bit dirty but nothing a good disposable toilet seat cover couldn't solve. wifi and AC heating are great. breakfast was amazing. the only complaint is that check out took longer than usual (staff wasn't present) and we weren't given any bottle of typical vinegar :/

We had a great stay at Pipa Inn. It is centrally located in Datong Ancient City but in a quiet street with no traffic. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is home cooked with a variety of options, a few western. Tip: The noodle restaurant around the corner is very good but also extremely crowded. The hotel offered that we could eat in their breakfast area, so we could skip the line and order takeaway. Much recommended. All in all, we warmly recommend Pipa for your stay in Datong.

Strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking floor hallway. Terrible bathroom design, the see through glass door makes it impossible to use the bathroom when you have guests. The bathtub is facing the entrance door in the open space. Obviously no privacy at all for anyone who what’s to use it. The room is not sound proof and you can hear people talking in the hallway and music from somewhere. There were people having their wedding ceremony here and loud firecrackers sound woke me up very early in the morning.

Hotel no problem service are nice breakfast fascinating.But still a bad experience of my travel cuz the most terrible air conditioner ive ever seen in the big hotel.really big noise and can't control the temperature no matter the number on the conditioner always the same temperature made me can't sleep during the whole night.Bad experience......

必須要贊一個👍。酒店管家提前一天電話聯繫確認行程，住宿偏好等訊息，安排微信管家服務羣提供全程服務。酒店位置非常好，就在古城裡城牆邊上，在酒店就可以看到城牆以及正在舉行的燈展，非常棒！酒店房間佈置讓人感覺很放鬆，很舒服。早餐品種貴精不貴多。酒店服務從前台、餐廳、衞生的服務都非常好。本次入住時免費給升級了房型，非常貼心。晚上還有送到房間水果和甜品，MINI吧的飲品小食品種也很豐富，性價比很高👍。

Hotel itself was amazing from lobby to room, the only thing I would change is the bathroom needed a bit of maintenance. Could see some mold and a hole in the roof. The breakfast was great just get in early as some things are gone once they are gone. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel seems to be fairly central to everything you need.

以前是萬豪系的忠實用户，這次來太原開會，剛好離會場很近有一家希爾頓歡朋，抱着嚐鮮的態度和同事們定了這裏，結果出乎意料地驚喜！從入住到離店，每個細節都讓人舒服。前台服務熱情高效，笑容甜美。房間雖然是豪華大床房不是套房，但四十多平的面積已經趕上一些酒店的開放套了，空間規劃很合理，辦公區、休息區互不幹擾，床品舒適度完全不輸萬豪。早餐品類豐富，山西特色的刀削麪現場製作，味道地道，咖啡也是現磨的。 最讓我意外的是，作為商務酒店，細節做得特別到位——床頭兩側和沙發都有USB接口。健身房雖然不大，但器材維護得很好。 以後來太原開會，這裏就是首選了。性價比高、服務在線、位置便利，關鍵是住得舒服不折騰，已經在考慮把希爾頓會員也養起來了。

This hotel may seem expensive, but it really is worth it. Super clean public areas and super clean rooms. Bright, light and with a large tv (which you can stream from your phone / laptop) , desk, fridge, kettle, etc... The toilet has a bidet feature which is great. The location is opposite street food vendors and Linfen park. There is no noise from them, so don't worry about it. But it is around a 30min walk / 5 min car to the nearest shopping area, so I'll mark it down a little on location. Facilities are great, great laundry room that also has little items like a lint roller, wool pilling remover, color catching sheets etc... are all provided.  The gym has two technogym treadmills and a rowing machine and bike. All great quality but the gym has no weights at all.  But the cardio machines are very high quality.  Service is great. everyone is super attentive and polite.  The bed is high quality and pillows are lovely. USB A and USB C on each side of the bed.  Wifi is very good and fast, I was able to remote play into my PS5 without issue (just use the streaming TV wifi)  There's a separate desk also. The shower and toilet are separated which means one can shower while the other person can still use the toilet. Towels are great too.  There is one issue I found was that the room was too hot and the AC didn't do much, the staff gave me a desk fan which was helpful.  This hotel may seem costly, especially as many other hotels in Linfen have good reviews, but this is my third hotel in Linfen and this hotel is worth it. If you don't care about the weights in gym then you don't need to think about it and book this place.
