I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

No es un hotel que recomiendo, el desayuno muy malo y pobre, las instalaciones en pésimo estado, solo dos ascensores (muy antiguos) para todo el hotel por lo que era difícil llegar a la habitacion

great location, clean hotel, clean rooms, breakfast was satisfactory, could use a fruit selection. also for smokers could use a covering outside and seating.

Budget-friendly hotel. If you book a room looking down on the indoor pool, be prepared to hear noise until 10:00 pm. The breakfast offered is very limited with only bread, bagels, cereal and rubbery eggs and "sausage" patties. the coffee was excellent. Very close to ****** Niagara and Clifton Hill.

The location is great. Had a swimming pool, making it a good option for families. However, there were too many kids everywhere. If you're looking for a restful experience, it's better to look elsewhere. The room was generally clean, though not spotless.
We found an underwear under the washroom sink and reported it to the front desk. We were told that someone will take care of it. We came back to the room and it was still there. They made the bed but didn’t even exchange the used wet towels.

The toilet was very low and the cable TV was terrible - mostly "No signal" was all we got. Hard for 2 people in separate beds to watch something on a phone or tablet together. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

We found bugs in our room and the front desk didn't seem to care. We did get a cot afterwards as our daughter did not want to sleep on the floor afterwards. Very tired hotel, ok staff
