The only thing good about this place is the location… paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors doing everything, the worst part is while I had the do not disturb sign on one one of the employees opened my door without knocking or any warning. I had just come out of the shower and was getting changed, I went up to the concierge to let them know what had happened and the manager of course was in a “meeting” but was told that I would receive a call right after she was done. Of coarse never received any call. If you care about privacy and sleep and not book this place

This property is conveniently located right next to Clifton hill, making it easily accessible for all of the areas entertainment. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and satisfying.

According to them I did not reserve the room for two days, but one. So they charged me more for the second day and did not allow me to have breakfast included for the second day, eventhough I had already reserved with *******. The toilet wasn't working right. It made a lot of noise. They didnt have enough staff working at the feont desk so we had to wait for a long time to request for any service. We waited for 45 minuyes to 1 hr to talk to somebody. They were very impersonal.

Our room was sufficient, obvious signs of needing a makeover. Enjoyed view from room, would have been nice if chairs were outside of room to enjoy an area you sit out. Staff at registration was very slow. Only 1 person to look after multiple people checking in. Free breakfast was very good. Staff at restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

I reserved through *******; due to car trouble we could not make it there. Although I gave ample notice the 2nd day that we would not be able to get there. ******* kept all my money with no refund al tall.
I couldn't even speak to a manager due to going through *******.
So read the fine print and pray nothing goes wrong!!!

The staff was rude, bait and switch, ******* said to pay $179, and was charged $289 $20 a day for parking,said i didn't qualify for my free breakfast, room was outdated, will not be staying there again!!

This was a last minute hotel booking, and I was pleasantly surprised! Front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. Hotel room was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel room door rattle a bit due to the wind, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a towel in the door and lock. Pool was was nice and my daughter really enjoyed it! Over all it was a great one night stay...I will definitely be back!

The room wasn't as pictures appeared..it was very dark and dated. The bathroom sink was extremely slow. The pool was alright but the hot tub at the pool was not particularly hot and the sauna didn't work at all. Water for the hot tub in the room was difficult to control.
On the positive side, the room was clean, breakfast was good, dinner at Remmingtons was awesome, and the staff was friendly.

NOTE - PARKING IS NOT FREE WITH ROOM. Property is located right by clifton hills, excellent location. Staff is kinda rude but room was nice and spacious. Breakfast is free but only for 2 people per room, even if you paid for 4 people per room, moreover breakfast is in their cafe which is very very full with limited staff. So you are lucky if you get breakfast.
