Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Wow! What a hotel! Exemplary from start to finish and activities spectacular. Breakfast is expensive but well worth it! Definitely the hotel to stay at in Nice!

Brand new hotel (renovated)on posh street overlooking beautiful Côte d’Azur. Rooftop restaurant Seen is popular and buffet breakfast is amazing. Room is not that big like their booking photo but nice stay overall.

酒店位置很不錯 住着感覺也挺好的 check in時間雖然晚了一個多小時 但是補了酒券 而且我在酒店丟了一個手機,他們及時發現並且幫我寄回國內,服務挺不錯的

這麼貴的房費,房間的打掃一言難盡,第2天忘記放咖啡杯,咖啡膠囊,早餐送餐卡,第3天繼續忘記,更加離譜的是花灑壞了直接放在洗手池上…沙灘回來每次都要電話説這些小事情,住了5天四晚,洗手間地面和卧室地面沒有打掃過的痕跡

此次自駕遊中最好的一家酒店,住了四晚,價格比旺季便宜了一半。比行程中米蘭住的英迪格好太多。樓下就是名品街,有愛馬仕等。停車比較貴,交給酒店停的話一天58歐,帶停取車服務。停隔壁的英迪格公共停車場衹需要38歐。酒店設施很新,尼斯少有的高檔新裝修酒店。早餐有點餐,蛋卷,煎蛋之類的,服務周到。

房間不大,但很舒服,早餐很好吃!餐廳陽台上的海景也美!前廳的畫很漂亮!去旁邊購物很方便,轉個彎就到。

法國人服務態度挺好,但效率一般。酒店沒放拖鞋,打過電話後一小時才送過來。另外洗浴用品是酒店自有品牌,但質量一般,和酒店定位不太相符。

一個人尼斯旅遊,住了6晚,給了個走廊最裡麪的房間 窗户看不到啥風景,走廊裏麪的味道特別重,很難聞 其他都沒啥問題。

這家酒店的性價比非常低,最多衹能算是個精品酒店。我花了9000多一晚,感覺就像住在一個高級的如家快捷酒店。浴室的水龍頭一開,水管就開始轟隆隆地響。我訂的是套間,但他們頂多就是在過道上用沙發搭了一張床給我。整個過道連一個插座都沒有,想要充電衹能拔電視的電源線。早餐的體驗也很糟糕。我連一張酒店的照片都沒拍,因為真的沒有什麼值得拍的亮點。定的是海景套房,結果真的是一線(縫隙)海景房以後還是不推薦立鼎世旗下的酒店了。
