Notre séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès l'instant où nous avons franchi les portes, nous avons été accueilli avec un service impeccable et chaleureux. Les installations sont dignes d'un 5 étoiles, alliant élégance et confort. La chambre était un véritable cocon de luxe, dotée de toutes les commodités. Le personnel, attentif à chaque détail, a contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre un large éventail de choix. La piscine intérieure a ajouté une touche de détente à notre séjour, offrant un cadre idyllique pour se ressourcer. En résumé, cet établissement a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner ici. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir rendu mon séjour aussi parfait que possible !

We booked a junior suite for 209€/night. The room is big, has a very cold atmosphere. The floor is covered with cheap laminate, no rug on the floor, no art on the walls, nothing. Everything is of cheap quality. The doors make a “metal” noise when opening or closing them. They are covered with finger marks from previous guests. The bathroom severely smells of sewage. After I complained they applied chemicals to fight the odors, in consequence now it feels like we breathe poisonous air/fumes. ☣️ The internet is free but it takes approximately 2 minutes to load a page, most of the times it doesn’t work at all. The breakfast is good. The personnel is nice and friendly.

Located behind the Train Station ( technically it faces it, but all the attractions of the city are on the other side of the elevated railway), I think it is convenient and the property is relatively modern and the hotel has adequate services, in line with what is to be expected from a budget chain hotel. Minimalist room and functioning washroom and WC, which is separate. Aircon works fine. Room looked and felt clean. Anti-Covid measures were visible and enforced. The Parking is expensive at 10 euros a night, and confusing, both to find and to enter, not to mention to leave!!! Overall a fine experience, I got what I payed for, and when going back to or through Nimes, I will happily return to this hotel.

Most enjoyable stay at this pretty hotel, located a 10-minute walk into Nimes historical centre. Greeted at Reception by a friendly and very helpful member of staff, easy check-in and allocated a room on the first floor. The room was perfect, cool, and when we opened the wooden shutters were delighted by the little terrace with table, chairs and the view over the pool. Great air con, very comfortable bed, fridge, tea, and coffee. Plenty of space and very tranquil :) The bathroom was small but practical, the toilet was separate. Breakfast was standard, not too many options but enough to start the day, the croissants were delicious as were the other pastries and warm French bread. As the weather was superb, we ate outside a couple of times. Location wise, within walking distance to the town centre, some chain group restaurants across the road on the retail park along with shops like Lidl and Aldi. Considering the proximity of this hotel to the busy road we did not experience any noise at night. Great choice of hotel, very happy with our selection and would stay here again.

Small hotel in an old building in a small street. Garage parking if reserved in advance as limited. Street parking possible but may not be close My room was clean but as were other areas but there is a need for some repairs /renovation in places. Absolutely excellent staff, friendly, helpful, and chatty Very good breakfast though standard small hotel fare, there was good choice. I cannot eat gluten and they provided freshly baked bread from their local boulangerie - exceptional service. just a few minutes walk from the old centre Comfortable bed, ground floor room window on to street but very quiet
