Great location and staff! Attentive to our needs and somehow we never feel like we’ll go hungry here. Special shout out goes to the lady who kindly helped us to place an order for food delivery (it was cold and pouring outside) - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodations in Ningbo ☺️

Great hotel very convinient location The staff were very helpful and friendly. I do left my mobile phone there and hotel tried to call me and They kept it for me. I strongly recommanded this place and definitly would stay here again.

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

This hotel is close to the main attractions, shopping areas and nice restaurants. All are walking distance from this hotel. The hotel got all the basic necessities, the staff are helpful and friendly. There's a convenient store next to the hotel which is really convenient and they got a robot to drop off when you order take out.

I recently stayed at Nanyuan Hotel during my visit to Ningbo, and I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary bowl of fruits on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary yogurt during my stay. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have preferred more western food options. Unfortunately, when I visited, they had run out of fried bacon. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which allowed me to leave after 1 PM. Overall, I would recommend Nanyuan Hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the complementary extras were a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying here again, provided the price is right. Apologies about my photos, I remembered to take them only when I was a bout to check out.

Tempah dua hari lebih awal, penginapan keseluruhannya cukup bagus 👌, harganya OK. Untuk percutian keluarga, menginap di suite keluarga, lokasinya mudah untuk masuk dan keluar, dan terdapat banyak tempat letak kereta. Tinggal di tingkat yang tinggi, dengan pemandangan yang luas dan pemandangan bandar yang menyenangkan, Taman Yuehu betul-betul di hadapan anda. Bilik mandi luas, terdapat bilik jubah dan dua TV skrin rata 42 inci. Keluarga boleh tinggal untuk memenuhi keperluan. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik. Saya menelefon lebih awal untuk memberitahu saya bahawa saya akan tiba di hotel lebih awal. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah sangat profesional dan membuat pengaturan untuk saya dan menghantar buah-buahan dan makanan ringan. Terima kasih! Sarapan paginya banyak dan berkualiti, serta makanan yang mencerminkan ciri-ciri tempatan Ningbo, seperti kuak kuning wangi. Berikut adalah beberapa perkataan lagi. 1. Hotel lama telah diubahsuai. Saya secara peribadi berpendapat bahawa susun atur reka bentuk adalah sangat baik, tetapi kualiti pembinaan dan pembelian beberapa kemudahan dan bekalan adalah tidak wajar, yang menjejaskan kesan keseluruhan dan memerlukan penyelenggaraan kemudian; 2. Kebersihan dan pembersihan tidak profesional, Permaidani jelas sekali tidak terpasang, dan pemegang kabinet bar mini berwarna kelabu. Pada waktu pagi, biarkan kakitangan mengendalikan penyumbatan tandas, membawa pin kulit 🪠, dan kemudian keluar selepas pemprosesan. 😅, tiada penghormatan semasa keseluruhan proses, ungkapan adalah mu na! ! ! 3. Latihan kakitangan yang tidak mencukupi, kebanyakan kakitangan yang ditemui di atas lantai tidak menyapa atau menyapa mereka tanpa ekspresi. Chef di gerai sarapan sedang berbual, dan pelayan di dewan tidak cukup proaktif dan bersemangat. Kekuatan kakitangan keseluruhan tidak mencukupi! Tanpa mengira sebarang kecacatan, kami tetap perlu berterima kasih kepada pihak hotel, dan berharap perkhidmatan hotel akan dipertingkatkan dan operasi akan menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik!

Kemudahan perkakasan hotelnya bagus. Setelah memasuki hotel, saya berasa sangat tinggi. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan perkhidmatan pekerja rencam sangat mahir. Bilik terasa seperti bos sangat pelit. Semua peralatan mandian dikunci. Saya tidak tahu maksudnya. Adakah anda takut tetamu mencurinya? Hanya ada satu botol air mineral percuma, dan tidak ada lagi. Harap ingatkan petugas pembersih bahawa ada setengah botol air yang ditinggalkan oleh tetamu lain di dalam bilik! Tingkap tidak ditutup, yang menyebabkan saya bangun di tengah malam dengan angin sejuk. Bahagian belakang hotel sedang dalam pembinaan, dan ada banyak bunyi. Pendek kata, saya tidak tidur lena. Terdapat taman jalur di bawah hotel. Senang berjalan kaki ke kawasan tempatan yang terkenal secara langsung. Jalan pejalan kaki.

A very standard, clean hotel. Large clean room with a good size bathroom with bathtub and shower. A short drivefrom key areas in Ningbo, good breakfast and helpfull staff.

Staying in this hotel was really the right choice for me. I am an English teacher and have been in China for six months. It was an enjoyable experience at the Ningbo Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The rooms have adequate heating, and we got fresh towels and water every day. Mengna's butler service is very good, she sent us milk and fruit as a gift to our room during Christmas. This hotel is really amazing. Ordering takeout can be delivered to the room door using A robot which makes it really convenient. It's worth a visit! The hotel is also equipped with a heated swimming pool and a gym, and spa. The breakfast was buffet and had a variety of things to eat. The rooms are spacious and bright and beautiful. I was placed on the 17th floor, which is a higher floor and very quiet. Great service, the staff are very friendly, I highly recommend it.
