Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

I enjoy the food and breakfast. Quiet and clean .the room is big ,good service and passion.

Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место! Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

Cozy and beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a quaint area with friendly and helpful staffs such as Ms Trang and Mr Thor. Room is clean and comfy with beautiful small pool for a dip in the afternoon and nice little roof top bar to enjoy the sunsent. Will definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

We came for one night. The staff were very helpful in booking our private airport shuttle. We used their bicycles to cycle to Trang An, an easy 30 minute cycle away. The rooftop pool was amazing with great views of the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. They offer chicken and beef Pho.

Good location, great service. Receptionists always very attentive & communicative. The pool was up on the rooftop and provided fantastic views of the surrounding fields. Room was spacious & neatly designed. And the BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! Lots of vegetation options, and really tasty pho.

Lalita staff are very helpful and accommodating. They prioritize the safety, concerns and satisfaction of their guests. I love the view, amenities, the location is accessible to public and the food - I LOVE EVERY SINGLE food they have. Will definitely go back here in the nearest future ❤️

We've had a nice stay here, but don't understand how this hotel has consistent 5 ⭐ ratings, this wasn't our experience. Reception, breakfast buffet, free bikes, excellent 👍 No guide in room to work tv or aircon - 1st visit from staff, adjusted aircon and said fixed. Not. Said tv remote broken would be fixed. Not. 2nd visit from staff, aircon fixed TV left with just YouTube to watch. Not good enough. Bathroom is "wet room" no screen between shower and bath, everything gets wet. Hotel is in a new development in a rice field - look at Google maps satellite to understand, it's a bit strange.
