Location is good. Walking distance from metro. Breakfast option was very limited & not satisfied with the hygiene with the food plates & spoon. Service is good. Cockroaches were moving in the room & bathroom.

1. Room service needs to be improved. 2. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean. 3. Breakfast time starts from 8:30 which should be from 7:00 am. 4. Kitchen service is that bad too.

I expect a functional room with some standard for rs 3000 per person stay. The blanket was worn out. Ac works like a water cooler. No towel was provided even after multiple reminders. Not enough toiletries were provided

The ac remote is not working and the room is not clean, full of cockroaches and a water bottle is not available. Complementary breakfast is like a jumla it's not good with term and conditions
