Ulasan Park Ascent

Our trip at Park Ascent was very comfortable. I would like to specially mention the manager Mr. Varun Rohila who took special care that we are comfortable and worked a way out according to all our request. He was especially polite and Park Ascent is lucky to have such a gem with them!

Hotel is at the good location! Furniture needs to be fixed in certain rooms. Buffet should have more vegetarian options ( dinner )

ห้องกว้างดีค่ะ แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำแต่ไม่มีฝักบัว ผ้สขนหนูสะอาดหอม กระดาษทิชชู่มีเพียงน้อยนิด ใช้ 2 ครั้งก็หมดแล้วน่าจะเปลี่ยนเป็นอันใหม่ไว้ให้ลูกค้าเลย หรือไม่ก็เอาม้วนใหม่วางเผื่อไว้ โดยรวมถือว่าใช้ได้ไม่ได้แย่ค้ะ

나는 출장으로 호텔을 예약했다. 4성급이라서 안심했는데 전기도 자주 정전이 되고 에어컨도 컨트롤이 안되고 방을 이동했는데도 참 불편했다. 오래된 호텔이고 인도 특성상 이해는 한다.

All services and team is decent. I was there for week and enjoyed. Find all services excellent. All team member in team and service staff behaviour was wonderful.since breakfast to lunch we got good services. They always take care healthy food.

Food too worst, I am staying here for 7days and still more seven days to go, this is unfare to me, I have compailt the cheff but still he is not listening, everything worst, idly too strong sambar more sweet, pottato is more salt, I think you have to change a cheff

It seems like a nice hotel from the outside and inside, however a poor experience. This review is specifically for the General Manager, since it is the general management which is missing here. - Upon check in, there was no one at the porch to assist with the luggage, no security uniformed staff (concerning), I had to reach the lobby helping my own luggage. (May 3rd, 2100 hrs) - Upon check in, Vinit (Front Office) representing the hotel as the first touch point, doesn't greet, doesn't enquire about the reservation. I just furnished my identity card and was given a blank registration form to be filled (like really?). How can the registration form be blank, don't you have basic details from the reservation printed on the form? All this while the desk agent was on the phone, please teach some basic manners, try to give a decent experience to your guests, if not better. Bed sheet was dirty, towels were damp (which is the worst experience after having a shower - just fragrance added as an excuse). Asked for a smoking room and was given a non-smoking, another one, but ashtray was placed later so it's okay. IRD is most pathetic, asked for some crockery and cutlery in the room, which never came. The compendium is withered and torn (please change it, it's a minimalist cost and speaks high on impression).

We had our only younger brother's wedding scheduled in February, 2024 and after a lot of research we found this property and visited it to get an overview. During our first visit itself, Mr Chandan cleared all our doubts and showed us the entire property which met our expectations in most all respects. Thereafter, we had several interactions with the team and each department was extremely proactive to meet our needs and assured us of the best services all through. We had a 5 night 6 days stay at the Hotel accommodating our guests in around 10 to 15 rooms comprising of Deluxe Rooms and Suites. We also had an Intimate Roof Top Haldi and a Lavish Reception held at the property. We had concerns regarding allotment of rooms however as assured by Mr Varun all rooms were given on the same floor with a hassle free check in procedure. The Deluxe Rooms being quite big as compared to other hotels can easily accommodate 3 adults though we had double occupancy in all our rooms. All rooms have modern amenities and huge windows to provide natural lighting during daytime with regular supply of tea coffee water supply. The food arrangements at the restaurant were handled by Mr Saurabh who is always eager to go an extra mile for his guests. We had to extend breakfast on wedding day and the hotel generously extended it for a while. We had requested for few pre decided bengali delicacies for lunch on a particular day and the Chefs arranged the same. The food is the major USP of the hot el without doubt. All our guests just loved every meal. Kudos to the team. Coming to the decor Mr Somveer will deliver exactly the decor you desire for. We had a specific colour drape required for our function which was sourced by him last minute to our surprise. We had an early morning Haldi fuction and to our utter amazement, the decor was done by 7.30 in the morning itself. Even the service at the banquet was topnotch with the Chef himself interacting with us during tasting session before the party. All heads of Department were present at the banquet to take care of all needs including Mr Krishan and Mr Chandan. Even the check outdone without any hassle at all thanks to Mr Varun and logistic staff. Whenever we needed anything it was provided promptly and all our guests went back satisfied. We are extremely thankful to the entire team of Park Ascent for making our brother's wedding celebration a memorable one. We highly recommend it for a stay, planning an event or even for a dinner/ lunch.

Park Ascent is great for stay and family functions. Hospitality staff is good, we had planned a wedding, food and decor everything turned out better than expectations. Our requests were positively considered and guests were quite satisfied with the overall arrangements.

What an amazing experience I had with Park Ascent and the team! I had my entire wedding hosted here ***** with many other functions and I must say, the execution was absolutely flawless! The food was mouthwatering. The staff, the services, the decorations and the overall atmosphere everything was beyond words! I would like to make a special mention to Krishna and his team, they made my wedding a dream! Krishna stood by me from the very start to finish. Everything was very well planned and supremely well executed. I would like thank the entire team of the hotel, the chef and the decorators for everything!A special thanks to Krishna, you are an absolute rockstar! Looking forward for a continued association with park ascent!!

Our family had a very pleasant experience hosting friends at family at our family wedding function. The staff was very forthcoming and met all our guest requests. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had booked the banquet for the wedding function and the sky lounge for the pre-wedding parties. Park Ascent offers one-stop solution for all wedding needs, right from decoration, accommodation to good food, music etc all facilities were a call away and all our guests went off very satisfied with the arrangemnts. We found the staff to very honest in accounting in fact we were promptly returned money we had paid in excess. The quality of food was excellent and so was the quantity. The hotel is fairly reasonably priced for the good service they provide. A shout out for Mr. Krishna who was our point of contact at the hotel, he and the remaining staff made our celebration memorable.

FOOD AND HOSPITALITY WAS AMAZING. HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE! STAFF WAS CO-OPERATIVE AND QUITE FRIENDLY. DECORATION WAS TOP NOTCH AS PER OUR REQUEST. JUST ONE THING THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IS THE ROOM LIGHTS WERE QUITE DIM WHICH WAS A TEDIOUS TASK FOR THE MAKEUP ARTISTS. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR WEDDING CEREMONY MEMORABLE.

We used the banquet hall for a family member wedding. The arrangements for wedding were top notch. The staff was very cooperative especially Rohit and Krishna ji. Highly recommend for decoration, food, aesthetics and quality of reception.

I had booked a banquet & rooms for our guests in jan 24 at park ascent, noida. The manager, both banquet and hotel reservation manager were extrmely helpful and courteous in our interaction. Facilities provided were top notch. Recommended.
