Stayed for 7 days in April Unfortunately for the price the hotel just doesn't deliver value, realise it is 'Noosa' pricing but would expect more from a Peppers. 3 bedroom apartment would have been amazing 5-10 years ago, however now has a mold smell in bathrooms, carpets stained, fridge leaking water and no handle, great kitchen layout but nothing to cook with. Buffet breakfast was of average offering, however both coffee machines broke down and were out of order for 4 days which meant having to pay for coffee at the restaurant bar. (unless you wanted drip filter/instant as the replacement) Pool was small in comparison to the resort but ok, had no heating for first 3 days, however this was fixed so did get some get an opportunity for a swim. Gym and steam room were both good. Staff were all very pleasant and the golf buggy transit was handy for the older 2 in our group as there is quite a steep walk from Hastings to the 3bdr apartments at the back of the resort. All in all we had a good holiday but the resort and apartments are in need of a serious capital injection to bring them up to the Peppers standard if the price we paid continues. Until this happens we wouldn't go back, which is disappointing as it really is a lovely spot and close to Noosa Heads beach

I cannot fault this place! - Spectacular apartment with everything you need. Clean and spacious! - Happy and Friendly staff - Shuttle makes getting around so convenient - Pools are fantastic, great for any age! - We loved the buffet brekky every morning A few highlights for a toddler mum: - The cot was exceptional, so soft! - A couple of times I caught the shuttle with just myself and my daughter and the staff were super helpful, carrying the pram off and on. And giving my daughter lots of attention making it such a happy experience for her. I could actually go on and on! Everything is well maintained and it feels like the staff take a lot of pride in the resort. We cannot wait to go back!

We just spent six nights at Tingirana, and loved every minute! The views from the Oceanview rooms are absolutely outstanding. Easy access to the pool and also the beach. You can swim right out the front, or walk 150 m to the right and swim in the patrolled area (recommended). The rooms were clean, bright, and well equipped. We stayed on level 1 which is the lowest level. The views are meant to be even better on levels 2 and 3, though these floors are harder to book. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast of croissant’s, fruit and muesli. There is also complimentary use of beach chairs, or you can hire a Cool Cabana for $10 a day. My husband and I went with our toddler, while they’re not too many young children at Tingirana, it is not adults only, and we found that the guests were very willing to engage with our little one. This is a reasonably small, boutique style of accommodation. Last time we stayed at Sofitel, which was also good, but a lot larger and not on the beach. This isn’t cheap, but you’re getting million dollar views and great service. Highly recommend.

JoJo and partner are doing a fantastic job as new managers of these apartments. Perfect location , riverfront ones a must. Suggested a few changes to bring one apartment up to date as this one was letting down the complex . They took everything on board. Can't wait to return for another visit. If you are looking for a top location with great sunsets, privacy, attentive managers, and don't mind a couple of stairs, this is the one Carol & Steve.

Upon arrival at approximately 4:30pm we realised there were no reception staff available - hey do have a lovely night manager & he is a real asset to this place - No reception staff after 3pm during High season @ a self rated 4 star hotel, seriously? Who’s night commences at 3pm? Anyway this was just the 1st of many failures for us, reading the previous reviews it appears if you can’t afford or book a Penthouse suite (there were none available when I tried as it’s high season) then Just Don’t bother with this place! Honestly too many cons to mention as I’m still on my holiday and can’t be bothered wasting my time on this dive but here’s just a few, the Aircon unit clearly says ‘Filter requires changing’ - seriously the filter looks pretty black to me & I consider this a health issue - wondering how long it’s been requiring a change! Screen door is really hard to lock/operate - again shows a lack of maintenance. Upon booking I only requested 2 simple things - split or twin beds was one of them - we arrived to find our beds were not split - so no one reads request? Also speaking of the beds they are disgustingly uncomfortable and I now have a very sore back, there is actually a wooden plank under my saggy mattress. Besides this, external light streams into the room all night as there are cheap shutters on the windows, seriously - no words, I expect a comfortable bed/room when I pay $1100+ for a 3 night stay? I could go on & on but really consider I’ve already wasted enough time & $$$ at this place so choosing not to waste anymore! Consider yourself warned!

Hotel in in perfect location in Noosa, few minutes to best restaurants We stayed in studio and it was big enough for king bed, spotless ensuite and kitchen Balcony with table and chairs to relax Pool clean and off the street so perfect privacy, heated as well, with shower and bathroom next to it - brand new, BBQ facility and big table to enjoy meal with family and friends Tony and Linda are lovely people, always happy to give advice and lend a hand if you needed

We have just come back from 2 nights here. We had apartment 12. It was super clean, up to date and very comfortable. From the moment we met Nick the manager at reception, he allowed us to park before check in and text us when apartment was ready. I have to admit after parking and walking up the stairwell I was thinking oh dear, this is not going to be good...BUT WOW, the huge gated balcony was a great surprise. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. It was just me and my kids as hubby in lockdown, so a quick getaway was needed in school holidays. The location was fabulous, central to shops, beach and my much needed coffee shops. It was so clean and I loved the full fridge freezer, great with kids. The laundry in bathroom was so handy, even just for 2 nights as kids fell into the sea when taking sunset photos! Beds were comfy, tv had great options for all of us and we would definitely come and stay here again. Yes there is a building site opposite but hey, we were staying in a busy location so of course there are things happening at all times. It didn't bother us. We did not expect silence staying on Hasting St. Would rate 10/10

So much to tell. Where do I start. Firstly they told me the apartment had been newly renovated. It was clearly not the case. I paid to stay 3 and 1/2 weeks and I couldn’t get them clean my bathroom or kitchen. There were no cleaning products for me to even clean my own bathroom or kitchen. They provided me with 1 sachet of dishwashing liquid and one sachet of dishwasher powder. Given I paid $10,000 for my stay there I would have thought they could have supplied a little more. The water temperature was just, just warm enough to shower in with no cold water on at all. Certainly not hot enough to do dishes in. Not even regulation for a kitchen sink as I researched. There was a build up of dust and grime in both bedrooms despite the cleaner once a week vacuuming and changing the linen. They wouldn’t even take out my rubbish. The look of contempt when I came and went was nothing short of rude.
