One of the best place to stay with all amenities, each items were carefully kept. Overall very happy to stay back once again , Valur for mone and nearby to all the important places.. The only drawback was coachroaches, maybe pest control is necesasary with little better quality utensils.
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Thanks a lot for staying, we will always welcome you to stay again in future.

ما شاء الله تبارك الله لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم Everything is fine, thanks for your service, the only thing that disturbed the peace was the cockroaches
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: When the guest checked out, our cleaner found leftover food on the floor, kitchen and dining table, usually these will attract them to come. We asked our cleaner to do deep cleaning and then follow with pest control immediately. We check with our next guests after that, and they confirm no more. We put this response after some time to ensure the room is okay.

Everything was decent and good but the only thing I would like to say is when we had asked them to come fix the bathroom faucet , they entered the room when we were not there and ready for them . They later informed us that they came in and fixed it with all our things lying everywhere. They did not confirm the time neither warned us. I hope they won’t do that again next time. Even tho they apologized . Overall it’s good and easy to self check-in&check-out.
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: We are so sorry for the faucet broken causing the leak. We told the guest that the technician will come and the guest acknowledged ok, but when the technician arrived, we couldn't contact the guest for more than an hour, the guest did not respond. As we assumed we told the guest prior to coming for fixing it, and the leak was severe, also the technician is our long time employee that we trusted, we decided to let the technician come to the room, and the leak was fixed. But the guest was then unhappy. We apologise to the guest for this, no missing item was reported.

Great hospitality by the host, allowed us to check in early as we were traveling for business and flight arrived early. Wish there’s a washer dryer in the unit. Kitchen cabinet might need a spray. Otherwise it is a good unit.
Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: Ms Ng is a very generous woman, she left the room tidy and clean. If the room has enough space, we will definitely put a washer dryer, however there are plenty laundries at the Ground floor downstairs with the very affordable rate.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was convenient and comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful view, especially at sunrise. We didn't see any insects during our stay. It's a great place and highly recommended.

The environment was terrible, the facilities were old, and it smelled like it hadn't been lived in for a long time.

Located close to the exhibition hall, you can immerse yourself in the local Indonesian lifestyle. The host provided helpful instructions for check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy. My only regret was that due to the short time, I didn't get to try some local cooking!
