Ulasan Rufina Blue Pine

It is one of the worst hotel in lachen, don't go on positive reviews, the hotel is terrible in all facilities. They provide stale food, rooms don't have any amenities.

Our booking was for 2 Super Deluxe room. We were initially given a shabby room at 1 level below the ground. That cannot be a Supper Deluxe. On refusing to accept, we were given room in the new building. The hotel staffs do not have any training on hospitality, unresponsive behavior. The kitchen is very unhygienic. You have to request for towels & toiletries.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. As you open the windows you can see majestic snow capped mountains. The staff is friendly as well.

Rufina b lupine is located in a picturesque location of lachen. We booked a suite with a sitting area and 3 adults 1 child capacity. The room was extremely unclean, with broken taps in bathroom and a leaking sink. While you have continuous hot water support the bathroom condition in terms of dirt doesn't allow you to stay there. Coming to food again the quality and taste of food in below average. During peak breakfast time and rush hours the support staff cripples to pressure making customers gape to the situation and turning clueless. When we ordered food with our recipe then it was served right.

This may not be an option if one is looking for a place of luxury. But, the earnest staff and care shown by them trumps the shortcomings. We loved the short stay and would recommend the same to others. Parking may be an issue. So, plan if you have your one car

We have stayed in Suite room in Rufina Blue Pine Lachen.The service was very good.Sunil Chhetri,Sanjay and whole staff was very good.Food was very good.View was amazing.Approachable and geninune price.

Overall arrangements were good. Entire staff were helpful and we enjoyed stay at this hotel.In the food though items were limited but they were good. Overall we were happy with staff service. Certainly we would like to visit again

Ok kind. It was just for a night. So we have managed. Good thing that they have parceled our breakfast. Service was ok ok. Not to expect much. There was no power the entire night which was a little challenging for us.

Due to landslide, we unable to reach this hotel. Makemytrip team was sleeping in our worst condition. We tried a lot to customer care, but all mmt were sleeping

I find this hotel through mmt. The staffs behaviour was excellent. Food was good also. The facilities should be much more and we can adjust bcos it is a remote place. The colour combination of rooms are not real good.

Find location on make my trip, staff were very friendly and helpful food was very tasty with buffet system.

Staff was friendly and supportive. Rooms were clean. The food was highly overpriced and not upto the mark. The geyser was not working properly.

Location and room is ok but staffs are young boys who are zealful but not a professional. Same receptionist is also working as restaurant waiter then no one available to welcome guest. They lacking small small thing like not providing bowl during dinner. Only one soap in bathroom. My experience was ok but sone other guest was irritated.

The hotels at lachen are almost all the same way. Please select rooms with natures view it is mesmerizing there, and note there are no heaters nor electric blankets here and is the same in all hotels. Same routine dishes overall in all sikkim hotels ( pane-er curry, veg curry, roti, sweet. Breakfast provided was very basic but as they provide packed breakfast before 7 it negates the negative aspects. Small camp fire and little garden is what it might have brought aw w to my experience.
