Excellent resort in Mexico along with excellent pools and excellent activities. Truly beautiful, location, love it! If you looking for a great resort, this is it, nothing better. Alexis and Elizabeth at Joy Center at Grand Bliss are the best!

Our bellboy, Fernando Arrizon, was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Great sense of humour and ensuring everything was taken care of to the satisfaction of the guests. I hope everyone has the fortunate opportunity to experience his top notch service! Great job Fernando!

The check in process was a nightmare and the sales people made it even worse. Our room was ok, but the furniture needs some TLC and updated. The best part of our stay was our daily housekeeping staff. Her name is Nazaria. She always had a smile when she came to our room. She always cleaned what we asked her and she was very nice. We had an easy check out with Jaun. He was very helpful and professional.

What a nightmare time share hotel! From the minute you arrive you are shuffled from desk to desk, salesperson to salesperson to try to sell you a timeshare. When we said nano to a free breakfast with a sales pitch we were treated like second class citizens, given a substandard room with no view! I adamantly complained & was given a better room! Every time I walked downstairs past the many desks people were complaining about something! Also certain areas on the property were off limits! What a huge disappointment for a vacation we won (donated) through the Boys & Girls Club” of Pasadena!! Avoid at all costs!!!! We went off site for all meals & activities!

We love Joy Squad!! They always have so many fun games. Specifically we love Jocelyn and Ariel when we played Texas hold em. I think it’s because we won lol. We also love Arturo, Eduardo, and Luis. They are super fun and high energy. We also love the resort. There’s good food, great location, and lots of great things to do.
