My sister and I loved our one night stay at Punsisi. Peshala and her family who run the hotel are warm, kind and accommodating. We were grateful that Peshala recommended a brilliant local guide called Nilantha/Chooty to take us up Adam's Peak. We were there at a particularly busy time, close to a full moon poya day, and without Chooty's expert guidance we may not have reached the summit. We enjoyed the light, spacious dining area which has beautiful views of the sacred mountain. The food, prepared by the friendly kitchen team, is delicious and has a real homemade flavour. We enjoyed the vegetable noodles the night before our climb, and coconut roti and fruit the next morning. We chose a family room in the new building right at the top of the hotel grounds - up a long flight of steps. We liked this because the rooms are light and spacious, with a balcony, and meant we could each have a queen size bed. The hot water shower was very welcome too. I definitely recommend the hotel - it's just 100m or so from the beginning of the Adam's Peak trail and has small convenience shops next door. I hope to return again in the near future!

.The room we had was modern clean and had great views the hotel is situated approx 200 m from the entrance to the climbT and good costhe room we had wad virtually at the top of the complex exactly 368 steps to be precise,well worth it for the views and well away from the noise of the street especially the bus drivers sounding there horns meals were of good quality and great costs would highly recommend the hotel staff very friendly and helpful

We booked a guide via this hotel for Adam Peak. His name is Saman. A local hero and knows a lot about Adam Peak. I’m very happy for having Saman with us to the top, despite you can do it by yourself. He knows short cuts when it is busy, he invite you to join other temples on the route and knowing local people at the top and we were the first people in the temple at the top. He knows all good photo spots on the mountain.

Il nostro tour prevedeva la salita notturna all'ADAM'S PEAK per cui abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura, che ha una stranissima collocazione, un piano sull'altro, attaccati alla roccia, ma senza ascensore. Cioè ci sono: hall al piano stradale, al primo e secondo piano delle camere vecchio stile, al terzo il ristorante (con scale strettissime tra un piano e l'altro). Poi ci sono cottage sparsi sul versante della collina, con le camere migliori in cima, dopo circa trecento scalini, all'aperto. Considerate che siamo arrivati in un momento di diluvio universale, e portare le valigie in alto non è stato uno scherzo. Le camere erano spaziosissime, con due letti King-size e un grande bagno, vetrate che si affacciano sulla foresta e verso il picco. Chi del gruppo aveva una mobilità ridotta ha optato per le camere in basso, chiudendo un occhio sul comfort. Servizio per cena e colazione da migliorare. Alla fine ci si adatta, una parte del gruppo ha fatto la salita per vedere l'alba dalla cima del picco, altri si sono riposati e avanti con il tour verso la successiva destinazione.

Отличное место, прекрасный вид из окна, номер огромный, единственная особенность: до номеров нужно высоко подниматься (много ступеней), но вид того стоит! Персонал приветливый, удобное расположение для подъема на пик Адама, мега удобные и мягкие кресла(почему - то, не предоставляется зубная щётка и паста, как обычно в номерах такого уровня)

Chambres tout à fait correctes, vue magnifique, accueil excellent et nourriture typique locale, copieuse aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le petit-déjeuner. Idéalement situé pour gravir l Adam s Peak (Sri Pada), on recommande vivement
