I was in Ocala for a brief stay ...
Reading all the reviews I was skeptical
About staying anywhere in the area..
But from check in to check out everything was spot on ..
Check in was a breeze ...the pool and hot tub were wonderful..beds were comfortable and very low noise at night ..they offered a morning breakfast ...
And as a bonus ..walking distance to the Cracker barrel...i do believe you should read reviews but not all will tell you about a wonderful stay ...
So i will ...
Lobby , interior and rooms very clean ...
Around the clock coffee ...elevators always working .
Friendly staff the whole time .....
If and when i return to Ocala this will be my stop..

The hot tub was WAY too warm and when the jets came in, the spewed out scalding water. The stairwells has zero AC which makes them smell AWFUL.

Reception were very welcoming and found us a lovely room that suited our requests. Bed very comfortable and breakfast had a wide choice. Some parts of the hotel and furniture looking a bit tired but apart from that a great place to stay in a convenient location.

I had ongoing issues with the TV. I had two small kids that were unable to watch the TV for a while. I am not sure if its the connection or the remote. Everything else was great. Staff was very courteous and seemed to love their job and wanted to keep the facility tip top.

The hotel is located next to I 75 and there is quite a bit of road noise that travels up to the rooms. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was great, but the hallway leading to the room gave a bad impression. The paint is dingy, and the carpet dirty. The pool area was nice, with a working hot tub. Breakfast was not good. Fake eggs. Fake cream. Bad baked goods. After the first morning I ate at Starbucks every morning.
