Ulasan Avid Hotel Ocala Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Excellent stay.. the room was on the smaller range but the bed and pillows were amazing.. really soft.. the bathroom very modern with Dove products and the breakfast was good as well.. coffee offered 24/7

This was a great place for families to stay during a baseball tournament. The only thing missing was a pool for the kids. It was nice to have some breakfast before we headed out to the field!

Location was good, close to where I needed to be. Hotel was nice, no funky smells. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install rubber floor tile, but they missed the mark by a mile. And if it's NOT rubber, they are REALLY bad! Those type of floors NEED attention at LEAST once a week, if not more. My floor was sticky with God only knows what. I had knocked over a cup of water, and obviously, got a towel to wipe it up. The towel looked like I had wiped up the parking lot!! NASTY!! It had been quite a while since anyone hit it with a mop. Told them at the desk and got the usual glazed-over stare, TWICE! It IS 2024, maybe my expectations are too high? I would probably stay again, but in my travels there, I found 8 other motels that were just as close, if not closer to where I was going. Probably cheaper too. Oh yea, and any room on the south side of the building, bring ear plugs!! SUPER noisy, traffic starts about 0430.

New hotel, good breakfast

很新的酒店 在Ocala市偏中心的位置 但離兩條高速都有點距離 我覺得比Fairfield或者Hampton強 這家裝修比較現代 感覺也挺乾淨的 多走幾公里來這比去高速口的那幾家要強 早餐的話……就簡單的麪包 還有素蛋撻和芝士火腿三明治 都是那種預包裝的 然後咖啡牛奶之類的 你對美國酒店的早餐不該有任何期待 都這樣 水平還不如漢庭如家的早餐

Hotel is new enough to not be run down. European design so objects are closer together. Thought the room appeared to be clean at first until I found three long curly hairs in front of the potty. Took a shower the next morning and there were two brown spots in th shower, not sure what they were but they looked like fecal matter. Sat down on the bed to put on my shoes and on the floor were three toe nail clippings. The cleaning maid is obviously not doing her job

I tried checking in at 6pm and was told that the rooms weren’t ready. I asked whether it would be 10 minutes or 2 hours and they couldn’t answer. The front desk is only staffed part of the time and there is no rhyme or reason as to when it would be. The free coffee bar wasn’t stocked reliably and both elevators went down at the same time. Suffice to say that this outlet does not meet the standards that I expect as an IHG Elite member and I will never stay here again.

The staff was lovely and kind very accommodating. The room itself was large comfortable very clean. Breakfast was very impressive.

The TV did not work in the first room and had to change rooms. Comfortable Room, clean, quiet, good breakfast. Would book this location again if in the area.

It’s a must come back it was my first time and everything about it was pleasing Plesant staff, clean room, smell, hot breakfast, enough tissue, soft bed, sheets clean thank you to the staff for there exemplified service it is now my number 1 hotel.

The room and other amenities were good. But, the room is very noisy because of the traffic. Would not stay in 401 or any rooms at that end of the building.

Love that it was brand new. The room was excellent, bathroom was superb. The noise from cars down both streets (the hotel is at a busy intersection) was very, very noticeable.

The hotel was clean, well kept and the maid service. The woman’s name was Norma is doing an excellent job.

This hotel is in an excellent location, is very clean, and has excellent service.
