Ulasan Sheraton Offenbach Hotel

The rooms are clean, but the halls are looking much worse, especially the carpets. Located conveniently next to the train stop, big car park. OK breakfasts, lots of amenities available for free, but you have to request them at the reception.

Gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und auch das Frühstück schmackhaft. Leider das Clubsandwich sehr trocken und ohne Soße,sehr schade

還行吧，周邊超市啥的都有，早中餐酒店都差不多，對中國胃客人來説就是能吃到飽，服務反饋基本挺迅速，沒有熱水壺這家，冬天去的一定在餐廳接滿熱水。

房間挺寬敞的，地理位置比較方便，S線城市軌道交通下來直達，去市中心，火車站，機場都是一部直達，很方便，下次還會選擇

酒店 第一次入住，此次法蘭停留8天時間，住了兩天，後6天住其它酒店，價格相差一半。

Alles top, nur die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert was sehr ärgerlich war, da es schon sehr warm war.

地理位置優越

I was assigned a room at this hotel due to a flight cancellation and was treated as though I was an unpaid guest forced on the hotel. The restaurant and bar personnel were so incredibly rude that other guests stepped in to admonish staff. The room itself was very nice but I would never consider booking a room at any Sheraton after that experience. I was a single woman in a foreign country, didn’t speak the language and was made to feel unwelcome.

Not anymore the hotel it used to be. The restaurant only offered one dish per course, very primitive. As I left my room just before noon , when I got back at 23h I found out that my room was never made, so they just sent new towels basically. In the morning I complained at the reception and all I had in response was “oh, I am sorry”, I even got charged for the garage because I was told that the “person in charge” was not there to help. It is more like an airport hotel now, with buses of oriental people coming and going . Very poor performance by Sheraton

Hotel is perfectly located right next to S bahn station Offenbach Marktplatz. Lobby and overall structure were quite impressive. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. Grocery stores like lidl were not too far. Staff was all reasonably kind and paid attention. That was the good side. On the other hand, room had no appliance other than a fridge and a safe. No pot, no microwave, no cups (we were not able to have coffee in the room), and no ice machine in the compound. We did not have a chance to dine at the lobby restaurant which looked nice.

I booked three nights at this property. When I arrived I was greeted by Amman who was new and showed he really hadn’t learned much about customs service. He didn’t thank me for being a titanium elite member. He didn’t ask me to choose amenities. Didn’t explain breakfast, lounge access or fitness center. When Verena noticed his unprofessionalism she quickly interrupted and treated me as a valued guess. Verena was great! The hotel isn’t so great. The carpet was stained in the hallways and rooms. This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The lobby is nice but everything isn’t. I think I’ll try another Bonvoy properties when visiting Frankfurt. I said it was average because of Verena. The Hotel really deserves one star.

Excellent hotel, as one would expect when choosing for Sheraton. Spacious room, spotless with everything one needs for a short stay. Breakfast was okay, though some things were missing (empty trays) when I visited the breakfast area. Also, an additional coffee machine would be handy to limit the queue. Multiple restaurants nearby.

Don't be fooled by the Sheraton brand. This does not live up to the same quality you'd come to expect from the brand and is let down by a very poor restaurant, a tiny bar, and rooms in need of urgent refurbishment. The initial approach area outside and reception areas are okay, but after getting my keycard, my first impressions of my room were like something out of the 80s. Orangey brown, fake wood furniture, orange chairs and carpet, and a TV on a freestanding glass table type thing. Not even wall-mounted. No stocked mini-bar (even though there were two in my room weirdly) and absolutely no tea or coffee-making facilities! Not even a kettle! Being on the ground floor meant you could not open the window, and add to that the sheer heat in the room meant you certainly would get very hot, very quickly as there is no air-conditioning, The bathroom was a slight improvement, but even so, it was dated. Plenty of brown marks and mold around the shower tray, along with just two towels. The restaurant was probably one of the worst I have had the misfortune to experience. The fact no one was in there should have been a warning sign, and the limited menu and expense should have spurred me to leave. But I stayed. With just six main meal items on the menu and the price of a Michelin-starred restaurant, I was expecting quality food. However, my chicken with pea puree was pretty poor and incredibly small. And that was it. Chicken on some pea puree. No accompaniments, no vegetables. All for €30. It was a shame, as the location is good, but on the whole, this hotel needs an urgent refit and someone to give the restaurant a shake-up.
