Hotel berhampiran Sparda Bank Hessen Stadium Bieberer Berg di Offenbach am Main

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

Wir haben während der ”IBIS-Zeit” häufiger in dem Hotel übernachtet. Jedesmal mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das, was uns nun unter ”B&B Hotel” erwartet hat, war eine teure Unverschämtheit. Preis-Leistung passen in keiner Weise zueinander. Am 1. Tag war nicht einmal Butter oder Margarine vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass sie die leider nicht hätten BITTE? Bei der Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass B&B zu 80 % Bio anbietet. UND? Butter/Margarine gibt es auch in Bio. Bio - aber ein OFFENES !!!!!! Nutella-Glas mit einem Messer steht auf dem Buffet-Tisch (falls man den überhaupt so nennen kann) mit einem Messer drin. In der heutigen Zeit? Ist das überhaupt aus hygienischen Gründen gestattet? Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. An keinem Tag haben wir auch nur einen ”Krümel” frisches Obst, oder Dauerwurst, Rührei oder S*****en vorgefunden. Lediglich ein paar Sorten aufgeschnittene ”Frischwurst”, Käse, Joghurt und Marmeladegläsern (auch offen mit Löffel drin) wurde angeboten. Dazu Brot und Brötchen (die allerdings waren lecker) und gekochte Eier (am 1. Tag eiskalt). Das Besteck und Geschirr war schon erheblich dreckig. Die Tassen innen hatten dicke ”Kaffeeränder”und sonstiges Zeugs, das Besteck noch Reste anhaften. Bah...DAS wäre unter IBIS nicht passiert. Da war alles sehr reichhaltig, frisch und sauber. Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Aber, völlig überhitzt. Dazu schwere Oberbetten: Sauna perfekt. Die Klimaanlage scheint nicht funktioniert zu haben. Das Bad war soweit ok, bis auf den Duschkopf. Der war schon recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, da verkalkt und sonstwas...Handtücher waren am 1. Tag nur für 1 Person vorhanden (wurden am 2. Tag nachgeliefert), Beide Seifenspender waren leer. Die Dusche wurde nicht geputzt. Ein Hoch auf das House-Keeping. Für uns sicher nicht wieder, schon gar nicht mit Frühstück. Ob überhaupt???? Jedenfalls von uns keine Weiterempfehlung mehr an Geschäftspartner und Freunde.

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel a finales de febrero. Las habitaciones del hotel son como se muestran en las fotos. Las camas son muy cómodas y calentitas. El baño, aunque es pequeño, es muy práctico. En general la limpieza del hotel es muy buena. Además, ponen una gran cantidad de amenities en el baño, incluidas unas zapatillas. El personal que nos ha tratado en todo momento ha sido muy amable, han contestado a todas nuestras dudas de manera rápida. Hay que tener en cuenta que solo hablan inglés y alemán, pero se esfuerzan porque les entiendas. El desayuno del hotel está bastante bien, es variado y tienes platos salados y dulces servidos estilo buffet. El café y el chocolate se lo tienes que pedir a los camareros, pero te lo traen al momento. La única pega que tiene el hotel es su localización. Aunque en principio parece buena porque está en pleno centro de la ciudad, a 3 minutos de la estación principal, las calles que lo rodean y la misma calle del hotel está tomada por delincuentes (no nos hicieron nada, pero sí que vimos redadas), drogadictos y traficantes comprando y consumiendo droga, convirtiéndoles en zombies que van de un lado a otro chocándose contigo, y por el barrio rojo, donde se juntan los borrachos, drogadictos y locales de prostitución. Este ambiente está desde primera hora de la mañana hasta altas horas de la noche. Afortunadamente íbamos en un grupo compuesto por hombres y mujeres y no nos pasó nada, pero no tuvimos sensación de seguridad en ningún momento. Es una pena porque el hotel nos ha gustado muchísimo y la estancia en él ha estado muy bien, solo se ha visto afectada cuando salíamos o volvíamos de camino a la estación.

Not anymore the hotel it used to be. The restaurant only offered one dish per course, very primitive. As I left my room just before noon , when I got back at 23h I found out that my room was never made, so they just sent new towels basically. In the morning I complained at the reception and all I had in response was “oh, I am sorry”, I even got charged for the garage because I was told that the “person in charge” was not there to help. It is more like an airport hotel now, with buses of oriental people coming and going . Very poor performance by Sheraton

Ein grosses Lob geht an das leitende Personal in diesem Hotel. Was diese zwei leisten ist der Hammer. Grosser Respekt! Die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet. Selbst nach mehrmaligen (mind 20 mal) hat alles immer bestens funktioniert. Klima, Heizung, TV, Dusche. Nix zu bemängeln. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Für ein B&B Hotel nicht selbstverständlich. Top Prei-/Leistungsverhältnis. Coronabedingt entfiel das Frühstück. Auch kein Problem……nebenan gibt es ein McDonald und viele Supermärkte/Bäckereien. Immer wieder gern zu empfehlen

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.
