Basic facitilies for family tour in London, there is no restaurant non swimming pool etc. However, they are not required for me as I only need a room to sleep and have shower etc.
The hotel is located in Zone 2 of London, which is very close to Zone 1 and there is underground station with four lines, super convenient to go anywhere in London city with underground metro.
Although there is no restaurant, there are good restaurants nearby and I do no have to worry to look for good food.

Excellent location. Room is in good condition. Got all the basics covered. The neighbourhood is quiet and this is a massive plus in a city as bustling as London. Service is a bit of a hit and miss, depending on the staff with whom you interact, but overall they try to make sure your needs are met. Washing machine on site and it's free to use although you do need to provide your own detergent, which is no issue because there are a few supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. If you need to dry your clothes then beware that the washer-dryer takes forever to dry your clothes, unsuccessfully if I may add, so make sure you've got time to hang dry your clothes. Hammersmith station is only a five-minute walk away with frequent trains to central London. All in all a great stay.

We were assigned to stay in the basement. We feel so insecure as pathway just next to our room. Always scare anyone will be climbing into our room. Room isn’t clean, a lot of crisp bags and chocolate bags found under the beds.

Heston Concept Hotel offers an excellent location near the tube station, making it incredibly convenient for traveling around the city. The rooms are clean with a very good compact design, maximizing comfort and functionality in a smaller space. The thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable and efficient stay. Highly recommended for its great location and well-designed, clean rooms.
