They do not clean the floors in the bathroom or kitchen area because I got a little water on the floor and used a white towel to wipe it up and the towel was covered in black stuff afterwards. They have cockroaches all over the rooms. I seen atleast 4 different ones in my room right after I checked in. The housekeepers never come to your room until you check out. They dont bring you toilet paper or empty your trash. I had to walk down to front desk to ask for toilet paper and they make you take your own trash out to the trash room and if you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels down to them at front desk and exchange for clean ones.

This place is amazing well worth the money, staff is very kind some of them better manners and learn how. To be their work title the rooms could be cleaner but they suit me just fine they don't bother u at all unless guest are causing problems kiki needs to be the manager bc she goes above and beyond and stays professional

What a hell hole. Feces in the toilet. Toilet was plugged. We had to go down to desk for plunger and unclog toilet plugged by previous tenants. Empty toilet paper dispenser. Dirty bathroom sink. Got charged an up charge for two breakfast but there was none Bed is not much better than a cot. No extra pillows or blankets. Hard to find. Had to snake thru a Target parking lot to get here If this is what you get on Trip I am so done Disgusting.
