They do not clean the floors in the bathroom or kitchen area because I got a little water on the floor and used a white towel to wipe it up and the towel was covered in black stuff afterwards. They have cockroaches all over the rooms. I seen atleast 4 different ones in my room right after I checked in. The housekeepers never come to your room until you check out. They dont bring you toilet paper or empty your trash. I had to walk down to front desk to ask for toilet paper and they make you take your own trash out to the trash room and if you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels down to them at front desk and exchange for clean ones.
