It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their ”bistro.” Staff was pleasant & helpful.

This location is just a few minutes from the airport. The staff is very friendly, the room clean and comfortable, it was quite and I was able to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is cooked to order and reasonably priced. Basic and at a good rate!!
