Hotel 3 Bintang di Ontario

The stay at this hotel was very poor at best. There was no hot water after running for 15 minutes. The TV remote did not work, they had to bring in a new remote. There was no refrigerator. There was no furniture but only one chair by the desk. There was nothing to put your suitcase on, to unload your suitcase, except the bed. The dresser had very small drawers to put your clothes in. The toilet paper was behind the toilet, so anyone with shoulder problems could not use the dispenser. What a stupid place to put toilet paper. You can’t see it or tear off any toilet paper. The toilet was lower than your knees, so anyone with knee or hip problems had a hard time getting off the toilet. Also, because the toilet was lower than your knees, and anyone with hip or knee problems, it was extremely difficult to clean yourself after using the toilet. The was only one room service in 5 days. There was a very small soap to clean with, and very hard to use, as it would not soften up to release the soap. At Check-In, they charge your credit card $100.00 for incidentals. Just in case you charge your room, to pay something. The windows were so dirty, it was hard to look out of them. Maybe they are waiting for it to rain and let the rain clean the windows.

A nice hotel just across the road from the mall. It was really nice and convenient for us!

Hotel is doing Improvement projects around all the facility unfortunately due to covid the pool and spa are closed this was not mentioned on the website when booking was being done or completed only learned about this through the front desk.

Literally across the parking lot from the conference center. Appreciated the design of the deluxe room with the half wall and shutters in between beds. Very spacious with couch area. Nice to have wet bar in addition to bathroom sink separate from shower/toilet. Very comfy beds! No shuttle, pool & hot tub not working, and hot breakfast was very minimal—poor eggs, questionable sausage, no yogurts or bananas or pastries. We paid to get breakfast elsewhere.

We meant to write this earlier, but want to thank the entire staff at the Sheraton for helping prank my brother! He lost a bet and had to visit some of our friends and then check into the Sheraton dressed in an embarrassing Donald Duck costume. The staff helped us prank him and made him dance and be seen by lots of the staff and guests. I can't thank them enough with helping embarrass Mitch while he waddled around in his Donald Duck costume. They have asked us to come back and have Mitch don his silly Donald Duck outfit!! 5 STARS

Clean, quiet rooms with a comfortable bed, and a sitting/work area! By far one of the nicer places, I've stayed. I'll stay at a Hyatt again. Only thing missing was their little bar didn't have local beers or wine.

Sarapan pagi itu mengerikan dan jelas mengasyikkan telah menyebabkan mereka menutup bar dan happy hour, serta kolam renang. Tetapi harganya tidak turun. Susah bagi kita yang dimanjakan sebelum covid. Semua yang lain hebat. Selamat tahun Baru

I loved the way the room was out together/ it gave very homey feeling. Smelled really clean and nice. And dishes and silverware was already clean and everything. Love love love it
