⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's been a very pleasant and fabulous stay at Kimpton, great view from the room. The location is convenient,, away from the buzz but central enough to walk to key streets for food or shopping and attractions. It's also a great short distance (just about 1km+) to the Suzhou Park for a nice morning run. The hotel has a spacious gym, sufficientl equipped and a pool suitable for lapping. Room amenities were great and service throughout the stay has been exceptional. 安娜was also prompt in responses in the WeChat created for me to address any issues and does regular check-ins on our stay's experience. The breakfast spread is appropriate and of very good food standard qualities. One of the best I've tried in my China trips. Will definitely recommend friends to this hotel.

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

Nice starting point for exploring the city. Downstairs, there's a nice big mall with various shopping and food choices. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. High floors offer a good overview of the city.

Very good hotel. We would rate 98 out of 100. Great location (photo 1). Located on top of subway line 1 and line 2. Restaurants, upscale shopping malls and hundreds of local shop line the neighborhood streets. Soft but firm mattress, down pillows, down comfortable feels like sleeping on air in the clouds. Bathroom shower has strong water flow with unlimited hot water. The soaking tub was a real bonus. Safe, quiet & clean neighborhood. No sign of crime, gang tags, homelessness, drug ******* which is throughout Europe and the western hemisphere. Great price. Fast check in and out. Only problems, TV had only CNN for western news, (which is useless) and the sound was so low we could not hear it. Which is the only ways to watch CNN, but we could not hear HBO. The shower had tiles with soap scum (photo 2). We travel the world, and really enjoyed this hotel. We will stay here again in our future trips to Jiang Shu

The location is excellent, right inside Pingjiang Road, which makes getting around and sightseeing very convenient. The warm and thoughtful service from the staff left a strong impression. The hotel’s amenities and electronic appliances were carefully selected and of high quality, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it is a beautifully curated and private boutique hotel in a great location. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of quality and service in the future.

Kemudahan: Bukan ***a hiasan yang baru, tetapi praktikal. Bilik itu tenang, lengkap dengan aksesori, susun atur yang munasabah, air panas yang besar untuk mandi, dan lebih baik jika bilik mandi mempunyai kaunter untuk produk mandian peribadi. Katering: Sarapan pagi yang lazat, memenuhi kebanyakan citarasa, dan terdapat juga makanan ringan tempatan. Ruang makan adalah besar, dan meja makan serta kerusi boleh digunakan semasa waktu puncak.

I selected the Intercontinental due to the closeness of the nearest subway station. Checking in was a pleasant experience and handled efficiently by the receptionist; we were given an upgrade which was great too! Fiona, a staff member, asked to add me to WeChat so that we could communicate throughout the stay if I had any questions or requests while we were staying; that was a nice touch and reassuring to know we could reach-out anytime. The room was great, and service whilst we were there was the same. Highly recommend staying here if you want a quieter stay in the city, with ease of access to the subway.

The hotel is near to Jinji lake, and you can see the lake reflecting in the lobby. The front desk staff were efficient and spoke in a calm, steady tone. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The shower had great water pressure, and wrapping myself in the thick towel after a shower felt wonderfully warm, only that no bath tub to enjoy. There's a chair by the window where I could sit and stare at the lake for ages. The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to the lively areas but still quiet enough. There are plenty of dining options, big shopping mall and gate of the Orient within walking distance.
