Hotel 5-Star di Jiangsu, China

We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

It's been a very pleasant and fabulous stay at Kimpton, great view from the room. The location is convenient,, away from the buzz but central enough to walk to key streets for food or shopping and attractions. It's also a great short distance (just about 1km+) to the Suzhou Park for a nice morning run. The hotel has a spacious gym, sufficientl equipped and a pool suitable for lapping. Room amenities were great and service throughout the stay has been exceptional. 安娜was also prompt in responses in the WeChat created for me to address any issues and does regular check-ins on our stay's experience. The breakfast spread is appropriate and of very good food standard qualities. One of the best I've tried in my China trips. Will definitely recommend friends to this hotel.

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and had such a great experience. They upgraded me to a suite, which was clean, beautiful and incredibly spacious. When I arrived, they had a thoughtful birthday setup waiting for me, complete with a cake and a sweet “Happy Birthday” display, which I truly appreciated. They also gave me lovely souvenirs from the city, which was such a nice touch. The staff were warm, helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of Western options. The view from the room was amazing and made the stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, right next to a plaza with plenty of food options to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent! The room was very spacious. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. I attended the hotel tour and ambassador Vanessa was very professional in telling me about the stories of different artifacts. I had a bit of cough, Vanessa and the other staff took good care of me. I left my jacket in the lobby. The staff found it and brought it back to me while I was having dinner in Meiyuan. Excellent hotel, excellent food and excellent service!!

A beautiful space, so aesthetically pleasing. Service is fantastic, everyone so caring and can’t do enough for you. Only downside is the location, it’s great for Pingjiang road but it’s so busy and hard to access hotel along a very busy narrow lane way

Bilik itu tenang, lengkap dengan aksesori, susun atur yang munasabah, air panas yang besar untuk mandi, dan lebih baik jika bilik mandi mempunyai kaunter untuk produk mandian peribadi. Katering: Sarapan pagi yang lazat, memenuhi kebanyakan citarasa, dan terdapat juga makanan ringan tempatan. Ruang makan adalah besar, dan meja makan serta kerusi boleh digunakan semasa waktu puncak.

0.臨時決定去的古鎮，2分鐘內按豆包推薦定的，第一次定的酒店算名宿？沒研究過。 1.人造古鎮中規中矩，沒有什麼特色，跟江南其他古鎮一樣，宣傳過高。 2.酒店整體不大，地理位置在景區絕佳位置。應該屬於中心地段。 3.酒店接待Leo（具體是張錢孫李還是啥姓沒透露）服務絕對堪比五星，有求必應。由於有點冷就發了個訊息讓幫我去車裡拿件外套就直接去了，服務意識很強，包括一些住店提醒，以及送的伴手禮艾草錘，深得我心。整體他個人服務堪比上海和平的服務。 4.酒店房間大小設施設備中規中矩，跟我平常出去秀的大多酒店差不多。沒啥突出點。 5.讓人意外的是沒有叫餐服務！！！害的我晚飯沒吃。 6.早餐種類偏少，想想是在古鎮，也能理解，畢竟我之前在香港麗晶那個早餐也少的可憐。 總結，不到2千一晚的假期酒店還可以。床舒服！

Hello, this is a wonderful hotel in the very heart of Nanjing. If you want to take a walk in the city center and have an amazing view of Nanjing, this is the place for you! The staff is fantastic, everyone is very welcoming and polite. Special thanks to a wonderful girl, Cora, who was extremely kind to us and will gladly answer your questions and help if you need it. Thank you all so much. This is the kind of hotel they say doesn't just sell you a room, but sells you memories. P.S. Since it was my husband's birthday, they upgraded our room and gave us a very nice cake! Thank you all again

The hotel is near to Jinji lake, and you can see the lake reflecting in the lobby. The front desk staff were efficient and spoke in a calm, steady tone. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The shower had great water pressure, and wrapping myself in the thick towel after a shower felt wonderfully warm, only that no bath tub to enjoy. There's a chair by the window where I could sit and stare at the lake for ages. The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to the lively areas but still quiet enough. There are plenty of dining options, big shopping mall and gate of the Orient within walking distance.
