Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and clean. Perhaps due to the humid weather, the carpet in the hallway had an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Environment: There were many people during the holiday exhibition, and parking was not very friendly. Some security personnel outside might have misguided us, making us go in circles just to save themselves trouble, when in fact, we only needed to queue. However, the hotel staff had a very good service attitude and were good at reassuring guests. Service: The hotel staff provided excellent service, check-in was prompt, procedures were quick, and there were small gifts. The hotel offers a great view and is conveniently located within walking distance to the scenic area. The scenic area itself has a pleasant environment, and the overall quality of tourists is high.

Discovered another hidden gem of a hotel in Suzhou! The hotel is very new, with all the facilities in prime condition. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, making both the public areas and the rooms very comfortable and exceptionally well-designed. The lobby bar is also great, offering a very relaxing atmosphere, and there's a wide selection of welcome drinks. Breakfast is good too, featuring local specialties and offering excellent value for money. The service is also top-notch; Suzhou truly excels in this regard. Definitely a hotel worth revisiting!

The hotel boasts elegant and pleasant views, designed by a renowned international firm. Opened in 1999 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, it symbolizes Sino-Singaporean friendship and international influence. The main building's stone facade is made of Jinshan stone from Mudu, a quarry that has since ceased operation. The garden landscaping is top-notch, with each of the 'Eight Views of Wu Palace' offering unique charm. A back exit provides direct access to the Panmen Scenic Area, allowing for day and night exploration. The hotel's restaurants are distinctive, with both the Chinese and Western establishments being superb. The Ruimian Noodle House, a Suzhou-style noodle restaurant, is particularly elegant and authentic!

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Exit 3 of Nanyuan North Road Metro Station, making it easy to hail a taxi. Food delivery is also convenient, with a robot delivering orders directly to your door. The overall decor is very refreshing. You can walk to the Master of the Nets Garden through charming alleyways. If you're visiting at night, be aware that some parts of the return route may be unlit and quite secluded. The front desk upgraded my room, which was spacious and clean. It had a desk, a small sofa, and a coffee table, providing ample space for dining and working. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the Bluetooth speaker is a JBL, both brand new. There's also a garment steamer. The restaurant's offerings are decent, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located within the Lingnan Guild Hall in the scenic area, right by Shantang Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. However, the scenic area has traffic restrictions, and the streets are mainly cobblestone. There are also stairs within the Lingnan Guild Hall, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage or pushing a stroller. The hotel's front desk service is excellent and very welcoming. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and they even offer laundry service, which is a big plus! The hotel has a garden-style design, with a beautiful koi pond that's great for photos and where you can feed the fish. Although it's in a scenic area, the hotel rooms are quite quiet, and there were various complimentary services that unfortunately I didn't get to use. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at The Lalu Hotel Nanjing and had a fantastic experience. As soon as my taxi pulled up, a staff member opened the door for me and helped with my luggage. During check-in, my bags were delivered directly to my room, and the butler even helped me pick up my takeout orders multiple times. The room was beautiful, and the river view was stunning. The hotel itself is quite large, with an impressive lobby and a spacious lawn. I particularly enjoyed the pistachio chocolate cake sold in the lobby – it was delicious! Outside, there are three adorable geese named Coco, Lele, and Guoguo. In the evenings, small treats were delivered to my room. When I checked out, the staff gave me a complimentary souvenir – pineapple cakes that were perfectly sweet and not overly so. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

Last May Day, we visited the Club Med in Taicang, and the GOs recommended the newly opened Club Med in Nanjing. This summer, I brought my child here for a weekend (three days, two nights) during the school holidays, and the experience was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! **Accommodation:** The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The cleaning staff were very friendly and patient, always refilling our drinking water. The resort grounds are spacious and comfortable, with excellent natural surroundings. You can overlook the lake from the balcony, offering a wide and open view. **Activities:** There are plenty of facilities for play, both indoors and outdoors. We happened to be here during a heatwave, so we mostly opted for indoor activities. The indoor sports area includes basketball, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and rock climbing, as well as a 'parkour' area (similar to an adventure course) that my child loved, which we visited for two consecutive days. You can also book KTV sessions. When it's hot, you can also sit at the U Bar and play cards, which is very relaxing. Outdoor activities are also abundant. You can cross a bridge to 'Explore Park,' where you can try archery, kayaking, windsurfing, or even the 'flying trapeze.' However, the flying trapeze requires training, and you need to be able to hang from a bar with both hands for at least ten counts. Neither of us had that much grip strength (we could only manage up to five), so we just watched other 'experts' try it. Kayaking was quite nice; the lake water was clear, and there were little ducks swimming around. It's best to go in the late afternoon, around 5-6 pm, to avoid the intense sun for a better experience. My sister and I kayaked together, and circling the large lake wasn't tiring at all. It's suitable for mothers or older children with moderate physical fitness. **Service:** The butler service was online throughout our stay, with quick responses and smooth communication. Whether it was booking activities or requesting supplies, they responded and handled everything promptly. When we wanted a clothes drying rack for our swimwear on the balcony after swimming, it was provided very quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful and professional. Being peak summer holiday season, the restaurant entrance traffic was also managed efficiently; just stating your room number allowed for quick entry, which was very user-friendly. Here, you can shed your fatigue and quietly enjoy your holiday. I'm already planning to come back when the weather isn't so scorching (the 'furnace city' reputation is certainly well-deserved). **Two additional points:** There's an external food delivery pick-up point near the entrance, which is very convenient. I also loved the hotel's lighting fixtures; they were very artistic. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, KIKI Angel, for the excellent service!

During my recent stay at Kimpton Suzhou Bamboo Grove, I booked the Cool Garden & Water View King Room. Vickey, my host, reached out in advance to confirm my floor preference and arranged a room on the 3rd (top) floor. The view was indeed expansive, offering a full panorama of the garden and water features. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed lush greenery everywhere, while the evening lights shimmering on the water were equally charming. On my second day, Vickey thoughtfully sent over some small desserts as a complimentary touch for guests—unpretentious yet very heartwarming. The facility details were also reassuring: the room layout was intuitive, the mattress had a medium firmness, the pillows offered good support, the shower water pressure was stable, the air conditioning ran quietly, and the minibar drinks and tea bags were replenished promptly. The public garden walkways were impeccably maintained, the gym was fully equipped, the pool water was crystal clear, and the changing areas were spotless. At breakfast, the live-action noodle station served freshly cooked Suzhou-style noodles, the bread and fruit were fresh, and the buffet flow was smooth. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Uni-In lifestyle mall, making dining, shopping, and strolling effortless and saving a lot of time on taxis. Service from the host was quick to respond, and communicating requests was a breeze. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and I will definitely consider returning to Suzhou.

The hotel is located near Pingjiang Road, right in the heart of the Pingjiang Historic District. While getting in and out by taxi can be a bit of a hassle due to traffic, the prime location means you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along Pingjiang Road in the evening and early morning when it's less crowded. The hotel's architecture is a typical garden-style, and naturally, many tourists stop by to take photos at the entrance, which gives you a nice sense of exclusivity when staying there. Once inside, the decor and arrangements are meticulously designed. The room facilities are complete and very new. The butler service is exceptional, and there's even a thoughtful driver to take you to attractions. All in all, a truly wonderful experience!

There are so many great hotels in Wuxi. Having visited with my kids many times and stayed at various five-star hotels, this time we came to tour Taihu Lake. We booked the hotel very late on the day of arrival, and after calling first to inquire about the evening buffet, we finally chose the JW. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the service was excellent and very prompt (there was a minor issue with the TV, but someone was sent right away to fix it). The hotel is located in a bustling downtown area with a lively atmosphere. Right downstairs is a shopping mall with everything you could possibly need, making it very convenient when traveling with kids. Above all, the night view is unbeatable! Looking out from the 57th floor, the night view of Wuxi is stunning! The dining and other amenities are quite decent—nothing extraordinary, but everything you need is there. And that's more than enough 👍 Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Since we love Wuxi so much and it's very convenient to get here from Shanghai, we will definitely stay at our JW again next time.
