Ulasan Hotel Mercure Opole

美居酒店一直是波蘭出差的首選。酒店乾淨衞生，設施一應俱全。前台特別友好。每層樓都有一個制水機，可以喝各種冰水和氣泡水，特別棒！如果從捷克到波蘭坐Flixbus過來，直接到奧博來站，酒店就在旁邊。超級方便！

酒店服務很差，設施老舊，一進房間一股很難聞的異味兒，服務絲毫無熱情，效率極低 ，我拎着大行李箱上上下下跑了三趟 ，沒辦法就是離火車站近。

很好的位置，服務也不錯，早餐和睡眠讓人滿意。

不要相信導航，出火車站後對面就是。 房間寬敞，前台服務很好。

Very quick trip to Poland, I arrived rather late as just before 3am and I called the hotel to advise I will be checking in late due to my late flight. The receptionist was fantastic, ensuring me my room will be ready, so I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived, the rooms was ready, despite being 3am, receptionist was very welcoming, ensuring and super helpful! She made this check in so easy and hassle free! Despite having a room with window facing main street, there was zero noise coming from the outside, which was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep longer! So that was a great plus! My booking was a room only, but I asked for breakfast and there was no problem, they just added me to the list. Check out was just as painless and easy. Good to mention, they do have a car park at the back of the hotel which is only 40zl for 24h, so it makes is super easy and stress free, because there was very spacious. Great stay, and I will def stay again!

We stayed in the Mercure right in the old town centre of Opole. It was a nice and quiet hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated but still functioning perfect. The staff was friendly and you can park your car in front of the hotel. Don't forget to pay though..

Vielen Vielen Dank für die sehr nette Aufnahme in Ihrem Hotel. Ein wirklich elegantes und sauberes Hotel, was für mich mehr als 3* Wert ist! Total Modern gestaltet Zimmer sehr gemütlich mit vielen kleinen Mitgibsel was nicht selbstverständlich ist! Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Frühstück war den Preis echt wert. Service super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich werde defintiv dieses Hotel nochmals besuchen. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer, für die Fragenden.

Sono stato una notte perche l'indomani avevo un appuntamento con un cliente della zona, hotel carino ma vecchietto. Le camere nn sono curatissime e il letto era parecchio molle. Preferisco letti più duri. Colazione molto curata e abbondante, il personale molto gentili e disponibile. Costo della camera singola con due letti 68.33€

Znakomity pobyt. Świetnie odnowione pokoje Deluxe , duże i bardzo komfortowe. W pokoju również ekspres do kawy Nespresso. W restauracji bardzo dobry bulion wołowy oraz udko z kaczki. Bardzo dobre drinki w tym long Island i mojito . Bardzo miła obsługa. W pokoju czekają dwie wody mineralne oraz butelka piwa.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil agréable. L’hôtel est divisé en 2 parties. Une plus ancienne et une plus récente. Les chambres de la récente sont très bien aménagées. Trouvé une place pour le garer juste devant l’hôtel mais payant. Accès centre ville à pied. Petit déjeuner correct

Gut wie immer, trotz Covid, gutes Service, freundliches Personal sehr aufmerksames Housekeeping und saubere Zimmer. Ungewöhnlich für ACCOR Hotels in Polen auch mit deutschen TV Sendern. Zentrale Lage (Bahnhof 3 min, Zentrum 5 min)
