The stay was great, I came from Dubai to Oran, for the first time, thanks to sofiane of the reception for making the stay memorable with his assistance from the check in until the last night of the stay, I want to thank all the staff for always smiling and doing their best.

Bonjour Je recommande vivement cet hôtel de luxe ! et spécialement espace (SPA), émerveillée par l'ambiance chaleureuse de cet endroit de relaxation dont l'accueil aimable et la gentillesse d' un réceptionniste du SPA ,*****Boudraa ILYES bien veillant ,il m'a très bien accueilli et renseigné ! piscine et équipement très très propre ce qui nous permet de profiter pleinement en très bonne ambiance Moi qui fréquente ce lieu, j'ai remarqué également un jeune qui veille à la propreté et le confort du client et c'est très important ;merci à vs (agent entretien nettoyage piscine et SPA) Sincèrement;tout est au top ! Très bonne continuation sur ce rythme équipe du SPA.... Cliente très satisfaite!
Ibis Oran les Falaises

It was very good to stay in Ibis for 3 nights. All staff were very supportive specially Djamila was so kind & very helpful. Shahra was also so kind at restaurant who was taking care very well dinting my stay. I would like to come again soon. Shahra speaks English very well so it was very easy to prepare anything for me.

I was in Oran for work but have known the place from my childhood. Since in love with the Art of Etienne Dinet, I loved my stay if only to go around and admire the gallery. One thing I would love to suggest is to offer choices of Algerian/ local traditionally prepared dishes at the restaurants. Also kittle in rooms as I was desperately looking for coffee or tea in the night.
Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre

Méridien hotel and convention centre is an amazing building with a splendid sea view, but nothing went well from day one. So I'd like to highlight the below points: At first, on June 22th, 2022 exactly at 8am , at the door entrance, an impolite security agent, I didn't see his name, had a bad attitude toward my father,  he stopped him by saying (Sir ! what do you need here? My father replied : good morning,  my daughter works here, I will drop her and I will leave. He said ok but be quick ! No good morning,  no smile, no respect) What a shame ! Another one has asked me and my colleagues : do not walk here in this area !!! So ridiculous, too much ban for no specific reason ! Secondly,  our IBC office (international broadcast center) was barely clean, from the first day till the last day you could see dust on the desk top, foot prints on the floor where other people walked, It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time ! Well,  we had to clean it by our selves. Moreover,  another story with another security agent B. AEK to whom I went to ask him about my ring that I have lost, he talked to me meanly and with unrespectful way ! For all I know, the role of the security agent is to give guests a remarkable first impression about the hotel, and welcomes them warmly with a broad smile. Besides, you do not need formal qualifications to do this job but a good general education is useful. Furthermore, I believe that every single employee of the hotel must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with guests, he or she is very courteous and friendly in order to make guests feel relaxed and at home in the hotel, unfortunately that wasn't the case in Méridien hotel. Security team needs better training except one or two who are polite and helpful like Mr Houari and Mr Samir. To put it in a nutshell, I felt uncomfortable and unsatisfied, an effort is needed to reach 5 stars standards, hope things will get better.

C’est un très bon hôtel niveau chambre, niveau emplacement. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, propres, le lit est très confortable. Cependant les côtés négatifs, le premier c’est que le parking est très difficile d’accès pour rejoindre l’hôtel car il ne se relie pas, il relie exclusivement les apparts hôtel, ce qui est problématique quand on a de grosses valises, le second problème c’est les femmes de ménage qui toque des 10h dans la chambre et ouvre la porte sans même l’approbation, enfin le dernier point négatif, c’est la nuit la musique à fond en bas qui est sûrement dû à une chicha.
