Hotel Dengan Spa di Jiangsu, China

This families room was facing garden. Really big oriental Chinese decorated garden. The environment was really peaceful, great buffet breakfast, full bathroom set-up. Planning to come back again and sincerely hope the hotel management could upgrade the washing machines and clothes dryers. We met one of the Hong Kong guests and noticed this was not the first time she checked into this hotel, she told us that the dryer isn't in good conditions since last year. Clothes were wet still after hours of spinning drying. There were long queue in the laundry room even though it was just in March, none festive season.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

I had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The boss was also very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. The location is very strategic and convenient, with many places nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others. 😊

Overall the hotel was fantastic, the room was very big, clean and staff were super nice. The hotel itself has such a cool design and with an amaizng view - great value for the price. But to claim to be a 5 star hotel they need to fix a few minor issues - the machine that dries your swimming trunks in the male changing room needs to be fixed, when i turned it on it was flying all around the place and barely dried anything. The sauna need to be fixed, it was barely 40 Celcius. The bar was very cool with a wide selection, but a lot of the staff were on their phones grouped together talking, not a big deal at all but just for a 5 star, you would not want this. Overall an amazing hotel, just a few small fixes and training and it would get a perfect score.

I've never stayed at a airport hotel before because of the expense, but we were really thankful we did. So convenient after arriving at 9pm after a flight from Melbourne Australia, then needing to he back at the airport at 6am for our connecting flight the next morning. The room was really dark and quiet do we slept really well. Comfy bed, doona and pillows. It was a great start to an awesome holiday

第一次來揚州，衹是憑藉直覺選了一家酒店，沒想到非常驚喜，商圈附近，交通方便，窗外景色優美，室內空間很大！尤其喜歡前台小姐姐王舒彥，儘管我們到店已經晚上11點，前台小姐姐仍然微笑服務，讓我對揚州這座城市又增加了一份好感，退房時耳機忘記酒店也被保存好放在前台，並且及時通知我，後續來揚州會接着來這家酒店！

Wonderful stay! The hotel facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. Biggest thanks to Jenny for her outstanding service and the incredible local restaurant tip. It truly elevated our visit. Five stars!

Shangri-La Nanjing is a classic, old-style luxury hotel, and it delivers exactly what one expects from the brand. We stayed in a Horizon Club floor room, and in this hotel it is absolutely worth it. The Horizon Lounge is excellent, with attentive service and a calm, refined atmosphere. We had breakfast there every morning and drinks one evening. While the food is not quite at the level of Shangri-La Chengdu, it is still very good. The rooms are outstanding—exceptionally large, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Climate control is excellent; we were able to set the room to 19 °C, and it reached that temperature quickly. The layout includes a separate living area, and the overall feel is elegant and timeless. The only real drawback was the swimming pool. Although visually impressive, the water temperature was far colder than advertised. Despite a pencilled in temperature of 29 °C, it felt closer to 26 °C, making it uncomfortable for casual swimming. It seemed better suited to lap swimmers than guests looking to relax. Overall, this is a superb hotel with excellent rooms and a very strong Horizon Club offering, slightly let down only by the pool temperature.

We had a great stay. We received a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even better. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Steven, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.
