Truly, we have so many sweet and unforgetable memories during our stay in Pan Pacific Hotel Suchou. We booked ”Family Two Bedrooms” for 4 of us & this room was the best family room we ever had. This room has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms and a mini kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink that made our in-room experience was very comfortable. The housekeeping was also very kind plus their excellent services to mention. We remember this Ms. Xia Ning, a room attendant, who left a beautiful postcard in our room with her heartful and warm greetings with her own handwritings to make sure we had comfortable stay and satisfied. We are surely touched by her beyond service. The hotel's breakfast was one of the best with so various dishes and all were delicious. Some food were resembling the famous and delicate Chinese cuisines. We fully enjoyed Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel's Panmen Scenic Area. The scenes of their large beautiful garden at noon and at night was unforgetable. We had a chance to try Chinese traditional clothings from Wu Palace Hanfu Experience Center (with Ms. Yichen's generous assistance) and also one-hour cheongsam experience (for women) that helped us to take many beautiful memorable photos. Other hotel's enjoyable benefits include Suzhou Memories-Wu Palace Historical, Collection of Passport Documents for Wu Palace, Tai Chi Experience, CNY 100 SPA voucher at Jialiya Spa & Free self-service laundry and drying. It surely gave us worth time to spent in the hotel. Our sweet 5-star experience with Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel this time surely will make us to come back to this great hotel in our next visit to Suzhou.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth with many staff attending to your every needs. They were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but otherwise well maintained. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Location-wise, the hotel is connected to Xinjiekou station and near to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous with both Chinese and Western varieties with egg station, noodle station and a variety of beverages. Although a large hotel, breakfast never felt crowded and most mornings I was able to enjoy long and slow breakfast. Highly recommended. 

I had a wonderful stay at 隐巷艺术客栈苏州. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, with a charming artistic touch that made the experience even more unique. The cleanliness standards were clearly very high, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would truly recommend 隐巷艺术客栈苏州 to anyone visiting Suzhou. Our stay was amazing! Carrie and Labelle supported me all the time and did a great job helping to surprise my husband for his birthday! They decorated the room very early in the morning and even the room was cleaned up again on our check-out day! This small things matter, and it is a great attitude from the hotel and its management when the employees are willing to do extra for customers comfort! The breakfast was amazing and the lounge also. Great view to the Jinji lake and the Gate of Orient. Kids club is well equipped. We loved Crown Plaza and will come back again.

Thank you to the staff for upgrading my room – it was very nice! The location is great, very close to Terminals 1 and 2. The service was excellent; the staff were always trying to help with anything I needed. There’s also a Lawson convenience store just 5 minutes from the hotel that’s open 24 hours, which was really convenient.

I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot Yangzhou at least three times, and I have hosted a party there. The service and hospitality is fine. There is a nice rooftop restaurant and roof access for viewing and socializing. The roms are clean and comfortable, and spacious enough. Yangzhou is a busy tourist town, and this hotel is situated at an intersection surrounded by shopping malls. As a result, the area experiences heavy traffic and many e-scooters day and night. Another note, though less significant, is the hotel building is old. This doesn't impact comfort or services, but locals often avoid booking this hotel for VIP events, preferring more modern hotels near the convention center. Loved my stay! Huge thanks to Jenny at reception—she's so warm and helpful, and her restaurant recommendation was spot on. The facilities are great too, especially the comfy bed and strong WiFi. Will be back!

Yesterday was my 22nd birthday, and my boyfriend made it unforgettable by booking a room at the Shangri-La to celebrate. He even sent a special request to the hotel asking if they could help make me feel extra welcome. On the morning of my birthday, he received a call from the Director of Guest Relations, Angel, who told him they had prepared a gift and asked for my name to personalize the card. The service was incredible from start to finish. We had originally booked a king room, but they kindly upgraded us to a beautiful lake-view room overlooking the Qinhuai River. When we arrived, I was greeted with a lovely cake, a heartfelt card, and a thoughtful gift. I felt truly welcomed and cherished. The attentive service began right at the entrance, where Cynthia Zheng from the valet team welcomed us with warmth and energy. His lively and kind presence set the tone for our entire stay. And when we departed, he was just as helpful and spirited as a wonderful person who added to the experience. Overall, my birthday felt absolutely magical, thanks to the outstanding Guest Relations team at Shangri-La. Thank you for helping create such a special memory.

Hello, this is a wonderful hotel in the very heart of Nanjing. If you want to take a walk in the city center and have an amazing view of Nanjing, this is the place for you! The staff is fantastic, everyone is very welcoming and polite. Special thanks to a wonderful girl, Cora, who was extremely kind to us and will gladly answer your questions and help if you need it. Thank you all so much. This is the kind of hotel they say doesn't just sell you a room, but sells you memories. P.S.
