We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

Kemudahan: Peralatannya sangat baik dan pintar. Mod pancuran mandian hutan hujan tropika sudah memadai. Ia hebat dan mempunyai tekanan air yang mencukupi. Kebersihan: Bersih dan baik. Persekitaran: ***a Jepun yang elegan. Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan bertimbang rasa. Abang dan kakak meja depan mempunyai rasa perkhidmatan yang baik. Minum petang layan diri untuk dua orang: Lokasi yang bagus di Shilu Pedestrian Street.

Very good hotel. We would rate 98 out of 100. Great location (photo 1). Located on top of subway line 1 and line 2. Restaurants, upscale shopping malls and hundreds of local shop line the neighborhood streets. Soft but firm mattress, down pillows, down comfortable feels like sleeping on air in the clouds. Bathroom shower has strong water flow with unlimited hot water. The soaking tub was a real bonus. Safe, quiet & clean neighborhood. No sign of crime, gang tags, homelessness, drug ******* which is throughout Europe and the western hemisphere. Great price. Fast check in and out. Only problems, TV had only CNN for western news, (which is useless) and the sound was so low we could not hear it. Which is the only ways to watch CNN, but we could not hear HBO. The shower had tiles with soap scum (photo 2). We travel the world, and really enjoyed this hotel. We will stay here again in our future trips to Jiang Shu

Wow! What an incredible place the structure & location really sells it! The staff & what they offer within is so pleasant, The room was comfortable & a rather nice bathroom! Definitely check out the bar with the pianist he was great! Breakfast was absolutely a must! Offered everything you could want! Maybe the coffee machine could be updated but other than that amazing!

Best hotel I’ve been to in China. A reference in all point. Excellent service sense, comfortable room and super breakfast with a lot of choices. Definitely recommend 😉

Pintu masuk hotel ini agak kecil, mungkin sukar dicari dengan navigasi, tetapi kakitangan akan menelefon anda terlebih dahulu untuk menjemput anda dan membantu membawa bagasi. Servis mereka memang terbaik, 👍. Hotel ini terletak di tempat yang sibuk tetapi tenang, betul-betul di Guanquian Street, hanya dua minit berjalan kaki ke jalan pejalan kaki, sangat mudah. Di tingkat dua hotel ada bilik teh dengan suasana yang elegan, di mana anda boleh membancuh teh sesuka hati. Hotel ini juga menyediakan peti sejuk, mesin basuh, dan pengering.

Overall it was ok , We liked the room’s location and that they had a telescope that my kid enjoyed using , bathroom was big enough . On the other hand the room was very old , worn down and had some stuffiness in the air . I asked the next day to have an air filter installed but it wasn’t when we came back. The room gets really hot even with the AC on ( we are visit h in February so it’s cold outside ) I felt a bit disappointed on the quality of the rooms and facilities for the price . Breakfast was also Ok , variety of Asian and western but things will finish fast and won’t be filled as soon as they are finished . I booked Shanghai-La cause I had great experience in their branches in other countries . I understand it’s an old hotel but I was not happy with the quality price ration wasn’t as expected . Front desk were friendly but took them a while to find our reservation even after I showed them the booking number. We were offered drinks and basket of fruits for the two days we stayed here and I found it kind and a good service . I have few other remarks but don’t need to write them all . It’s a good hotel but not for the price tag .

Hello, this is a wonderful hotel in the very heart of Nanjing. If you want to take a walk in the city center and have an amazing view of Nanjing, this is the place for you! The staff is fantastic, everyone is very welcoming and polite. Special thanks to a wonderful girl, Cora, who was extremely kind to us and will gladly answer your questions and help if you need it. Thank you all so much. This is the kind of hotel they say doesn't just sell you a room, but sells you memories. P.S. Since it was my husband's birthday, they upgraded our room and gave us a very nice cake! Thank you all again

The hotel is very good, my friend is very happy, the hotel manager Lily is very nice, very gentle and very cute, my friend specially asked me to give a five-star review, the hotel is very quiet.
