Hotel Orange County dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Hotel is going under summer innovation so 100% is that to be expected however it was an overall good experience and I would definitely recommend staying there especially if you want to go to SeaWorld I was there for a conference facilities were good

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. When we booked there were not written that we have to l Pay deposit . I booked on the behalf of the company for our worker Guy in the Reception didn’t allow our worker to enter to the room unless we pay deposit it is not professional to do this . We have paid the hotel and not able to enter .it is first time which has been faced with hotel that they require deposit when we booked with Trip.com I hope and believe that service will be approved Thanks in advance for consideration

Great hotel and I love the aesthetics. Very clean and the staff here were professional and super helpful when we needed anything. We actually had a lovely interaction with the GM, Adriana, who was able to give us recommendations on the local eatery and attractions other than the normal touristy areas. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a motel not a hotel.There is no pool, no fancy amenities outside of the rooms. So why am I giving it such a good review? Pros: The AC is cold without being loud, The water is hot and pressured. The Wifi is fairly fast. Everything works properly. This is a sign of good management. I will take a motel with good management over a hotel where things arent done right. The beds are nicer here than Laquinta or Days inn, The electric ports are on the correct side for using devices in bed. No weird smells. Shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. Cons: Road Noise, Not much in walking distance but thats not a hotel issue. The ”light breakfast” is really just grab and go bag with instant oatmeal and coffee. For solo and business travelers its great.

Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

Good hotel to stay at. We were near a lot of stores. If you want to save some money, this is a good spot to stay at in Orlando.

I actually made a reservation for June and needed it for May(mess up on my part). Contacted the hotel and Booking website and explained the screw up. Short story both Booking and the hotel were extremely helpful in assisting with my mistake and still got us rooms for the night. 100% happy with both Booking and the hotel night manager for going above his duties and helping me out. As far as the room it was outstanding and will definitely make this my place when I come to Orlando
