The stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff. All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊 Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it. Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious. Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service. Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

This was my second time staying at St. Giles Southkey, and I had another pleasant one-night stay. The hotel is very convenient, easy to find, and in a great location. Can do lots of shopping in the Mid-Valley Mall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing some upgrading and renovation works, which I understand are part of their efforts to improve the facilities and make the overall experience even better. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. One small area for improvement would be the fruit selection. Currently, there were only watermelon, pineapple, and oranges. It would be nice to have a few more fruit options available. Overall, it’s comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the Desaru Four Points by Sheraton included a complimentary Shellout seafood meal (with three flavor options). We tried two flavors (sambal and buttermilk), and the buttermilk was definitely better.

Been staying with a few JB hotels that is near to mall. Sheraton JB win with it big room, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. It also near a new mall. If anything bad about it - need to work on the Internet coverage and the TV channels access. It was down a few time during our one day stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to attractions and transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Convenient location. Glad that our room was on the highest floor and spacious for 3 adults.  However, we saw our room ceiling covered with mould the next morning. The mould fell on the carpet, really disgusting.  We Only stayed 1 night, otherwise would have requested to change room.  Aircon fan is very loud, might affect light sleeper.

Didn’t like the room I get this time. The shower screen bottom is leaking and it floods the whole floor. They only have rain shower not shower head. It makes it difficult to shower without washing your hair. Have to put on shower cap.

Even though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was complete and varied, and we had dinner at the Nelayan Restaurant—where the service was absolutely the best! However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room (265, if I’m not mistaken). For a 4-star hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort. The room was spacious, the beach was clean, and the facilities were enjoyable. The staff provided good service throughout our stay. The only thing that could be improved is that some parts of the resort look a little dated, but everything was clean and well maintained. Still a great place for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.  The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.  The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.
