Ulasan Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

10mins away to universal studio and shuttle bus available. The hotel was great. Just that the phone call to house keeping is not reachable, you may need to walk to reception if you have any request or queries. Overall is good, will come again definitely.

Room service so bad . Not clean and not everyday Come to clean our room. Dirty . Not recommended for family with kids

The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Asked to change sheets put the same sheets on the bed, breakfast was nasty hard pancakes and milk taste spoiled, just a horrible experience never again.

It was a great room. The forst room the ac was messed up but it didnt take long for them to switch rooms. Both room was extremely cleans so that was amazing.

The reception, person they are not polite. But I like the location

The place is huge and they have a lot of rooms to accommodate guests.

Stayed here for a few days , good location, decent size rooms and staff was very nice!

all good little stinky and there is one person who try to do advertising for capitals vacation he misguided me so badly so that i didn’t get tickets for any theme park so please don’t listen that capital vacations is worse and trying to force you yo participate forcefully or by blackmailing you (telling will give you ticket if you want to join today) so be careful guys

Felt everything is average.

While this hotel is only 2 miles from the Universal parks, the staff is openly prejudice and rude to customers of certain nationalities. When booking on this app I was notified of a deposit fee (typical of most hotels these days) and was prepared for the charge to my credit card; however, I was not anticipating ANOTHER charge of $37 for amenities of the hotel. I also noticed that my deposit fee was different from other guests. As far as the cleanliness goes, on the surface all was appropriate. It didn't become an issue until I was scared to death by two huge roach like bugs one morning. I woke up my husband at 5am to kill them, then right as he went back to sleep and I went back to getting ready three more came from the closet area. My husband and I were only staying the weekend so we didn't make a big fuss, but I will not be staying here again.
