Nice experience with shuttle service to Universal studios Orlando

Check in was poor. The front desk didn't tell me I was on the fourth floor. So I went to a different level. Key didn't work twice. The I ended up being on the fourth floor. Elevators were broken. All of them. Then I was charged a fee for stuff they supply in the room. That was literally shampoo. No coffee or tea. No machine.

I booked a room in hotel online coz the look of the hotel building- price is good too.

After booking the hotel and paid  the bill amount online, I was being asked to pay 16.75 per day for amenities. The room service were worst. They did not clean the room not picked the trash from the day U checked in till my check out day which was for 4 days. We asked to replace with fresh towel they asked us to come to front desk and pick the towels instead of sending through house keeping. The tv and refrigerator did not work. The breakfast was not up to the mark. I request the trip advisor to register good hotels and make the trip memorable and not difficult.

Very close to Universal with free shuttle service. Great value for the money. Would stay there again.

This hotel was average at best. I stayed there for four days and not once did room service come to clean my room. I had garbage from my day of shopping and had to go down to reception to ask for fresh towels. The staff were civil but not friendly. The breakfast was the same every day without much choices. On the pro side It was close to the parks and there was a free shuttle to take you there. There was a small refrigerator in the room but you had to go down to the dining room to hot your meals. The pool was nice and big but that was about it. I will give this hotel a 2 out of 5.

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

10mins away to universal studio and shuttle bus available. The hotel was great. Just that the phone call to house keeping is not reachable, you may need to walk to reception if you have any request or queries. Overall is good, will come again definitely.

The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Asked to change sheets put the same sheets on the bed, breakfast was nasty hard pancakes and milk taste spoiled, just a horrible experience never again.

Good decent hotel, not too much noise. Staff was great and breakfast was fine

It was a great room. The forst room the ac was messed up but it didnt take long for them to switch rooms. Both room was extremely cleans so that was amazing.

The reception, person they are not polite. But I like the location
