The hotel was great but the breakfast wasn't

It was a nice place with good location for bus station. The room was spacious with a nice dinning table

The hotel was beautiful they upgraded us to a huge suite because they didn't have our room available which was nice. Only negative was the lack of parking.

Went with 2 pre school kids. 2 queen beds just enough. Hotel room is a bit small for family of 4. Aft putting luggages got not much space left. But they got 4 chairs and dining table. Fully function kitchen is a plus. Orlando has nth much to eat for asian and kids doesn’t like the food at theme parks. We hv to prep our own food most of the time. Stayed here for 10 days during the weeks of Xmas and new year Happy with everything.

The front desk service attitude is very good, but there is a front desk clerk with braids who is very mean and rude. Please note that the hotel is very conveniently located. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It is very close to Disney/Universal Studios/Sea World! Highly recommended! The room is very big!

Everything in the hotel was very good, although I thought breakfast was pretty bad. They don't have any variety if it's until 9:30am. If you happen to have breakfast and go down at 9:15am you won't get anything at all and they won't replenish it. The facilities are otherwise well maintained, the cleaning is perfect and the pool is great for the kids. I recommend it but without breakfast.

Excellent location, large room, clean and tidy, cost-effective

Stayed for 3 consecutive days, with breakfast included, very cost-effective. You need to drive to Universal Studios, but you can walk to Sea World, which is very convenient. The service attitude is very good, with a kitchen for simple food, a dishwasher but no range hood.

I booked it because it was close to Sea World and Discovery Cove. The location is good, shuttle bus service is available, and public transportation is also good. The rooms are spacious and it is good that you can cook. The only downside is that breakfast is free, but it was so bad.

The hotel is very clean. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were friendly. The free breakfast provided was great. I think the price is a bit high just passing by. Overall, recommend this hotel and will stay again.
