Location of the hotel was great, seaside is right in front of the hotel. You reach by walking foot. Food and the service team in the restaurant were very good. The pier dedicated to the hotel was removed as per said by the hotel management. One of the reasons we had chosen the hotel was the pier. They still showcase the pier still in their social media pages. We had a terrible experience in our last night. Bad sheets were dirty and stained and we realized this once we woke up in the morning during the day light. We shared the situation with the management. They explained this as the sheets are clean but the stains did not remove during the cleaning. Nothing more has been done, they took the feedback as a very normal situation. We left the hotel with this last experience. I share the photos in the attached.

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

Arrived here past midnight after a bad experience at a neighboring hotel. This truly is a 5* hotel in every manner. Room was lovely and clean with a great selection of pillows available. Plenty of toiletries which were lovely. Curtains block out light very well so very easy to sleep in, and with very good air conditioning. In room dining is very reasonably priced and served quickly and is very nice. The beach beds and loungers are top notch and service is always with a smile and happy to help. The evening dining is superb and for the cost is very good value for the type of food available. The only criticism I can make is I did grow tired of the same music playlist being played each day which can get tiresome. But such a minor thing and the only thing I can think about commenting on as anything but positive. I would most definitely come back and stay here again.

Khai.. yıllardır yaz kış birçok tatil yaptım ama bu kadar iyi bi hizmet kalitesini hiç görmedim. Khai hotel Bodrum was superb. Easily 5 stars. Would come back in a heartbeat… the staff were amazing and the facilities faultless. We had the most beautiful room with a wonderful view. All of the rooms overlooking the pool and gardens were lovely too. I have already booked to come back again it was so nice. Very peaceful but equally lively area if you are looking for that. Nice place for families and couples. Few minutes taxi ride to livelier Bodrum for a couple of pounds. Easy!! They have the most beautiful pier to relax during the day. Beautiful hotel

We only stayed a few days and wish it was longer. I have mobility issues, the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating providing what I needed with cheerful attitudes. The hotel had a calm and restful outlook, the gardens are will kept and lovely. The pool area is open and inviting and the beach is fabulous. The restaurant is well staffed and the food is well presented and delicious. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. It is a joy to eat it by the sea. I can’t praise the Khai highly enough and recommend it as a wonderful place to stay.
