1. On the first day of breakfast, there were only bread slices, no eggs, ham and other hot food, and there were no bread slices in the next few days. (Breakfast is included in my order. )2. When I checked in on the first day, I saw that it was very messy and not cleaned. Later, after the hotel staff came in and cleaned it. 3. During I took a shower, I found that there was no shampoo, only conditioner, so I had to call to send it. What's more worse, there was no hot water in the middle of the shower. 4. The air conditioner in the room is particularly dirty and moldy to the naked eye, so I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner these days.
I usually don't give bad reviews. Even if it's just one or two things mentioned above, I won't be angry, but these things together make me feel very bad. Even in the off-season of tourism, there are few customers, but as long as you are open for business, you should try best to do everything well.
