Hotel berhampiran Edion Corporation(KINTETSU UEHONMACHI STORE), Osaka

2021年11月24日から始まった「大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーン2021」を利用して、翌25日に「大阪国際交流センターホテル」に泊まりました。 初めての利用とあって気分が高揚しましたが、ホテル側も初めての客で緊張するとのお話でした。 チェックイン時に紙クーポンを受理しました。 部屋はちょっと老朽化の印象を否めませんが、綺麗に掃除されていて必要なものは殆ど揃っています。 部屋の窓の正面にアベノハルカスが見えました。 スタッフの接客対応はとても親切・丁寧で、客室の若干ネガティブな印象を補って余りあります。

Location is good East to access rail and go to 黑門市場only takes 10 minutes.

Hotel limpio habitaciones espaciosas céntrico y con atención al público súper especial , desayunos con sorpresas siempre algo distinto que probar muy completo , variado y otras sorpresas más . Al tener también habitaciones de apartahotel es súper interesante para familias grandes con todas las comodidades ..

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Shinsaibashi, Nihombashi, American Village dan Pasar Kuromon semuanya berada di laluan yang sama. Pengangkutan juga sangat mudah. Empat minit ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka dan restoran. Sesuai untuk keluar bersama kawan-kawan. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke USJ.

You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas. Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

Lokasinya bagus kerana berdekatan dengan stesen dan terdapat banyak kedai. Langsir tidak boleh dibuka kerana biliknya bertentangan dengan bangunan komersial.　 Lubang mangkuk di sinki dan alur dalam pemasangan longkang telah dikuningkan dengan kerak kapur, dan terdapat rambut tetamu terdahulu di dinding tab mandi. Sarapan adalah menu yang sama selama 3 hari, jadi saya tidak perlu memasukkannya. Saya berasa lebih baik di kedai Kyobashi.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini menyediakan kopi & teh secara percuma di lobi di tingkat bawah. Selain itu, pemandangan dari atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan (dan tempat bergambar yang bagus)! Mempunyai penginapan yang sangat hebat dan selesa, thx

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Stay in this hotel again. High CP value. The location is good, near the MRT station. Although the space is not large, but enough to stay here.
