Hotel berhampiran Gangi Slope, Osaka

It was great value for money, and the location's perfect. But we weren't expecting the level of smoke scent in the room, i know that we booked a smoking room, nonetheless, it was ok. the staff was ok, the check-in and check-out were automated so there's that.

前日はアパ系列のホテルに宿泊し、翌日こちらのホテルへ滞在しました。 立地は谷町四丁目駅4番出口からすぐなので、わかりやすさも含め良かったです。 翌朝、徒歩圏内でワンコインモーニングもできたので 飲食店も充実していると感じました。(カフェが5.6軒はありますし、チェーン店もあります) フロントで荷物を預けたところ、夜チェックインをしようとしたら 「もう荷物は部屋に運んでます」と言われ、そのサービスに心温まりました。フロントも綺麗です。 ただ、部屋はこちらのサイト(Trip.com)の写真からはだいぶかけ離れており、それなりの古さを感じます。鍵もカードタイプではなく、旧式の「鍵」です。 コンセントの数もあまり多くないので 2名でスマートフォンを充電しながら一眼レフカメラの充電も行い、 ドライヤーも使いつつケトルも使う、というのはなかなか難しかったです。また、化粧水や乳液系のアメニティもあると良いなと感じました。 部屋にガウン(パジャマがありましたが、探さないと見つけられないようなところにあるので ベッドの上に置かれている方が親切だと感じました。 また、部屋に置かれている椅子を倒してしまった際、 椅子の側面がホコリだらけであることに気づきました…。 倒れた椅子を起こす際に、手がホコリだらけになってしまいました。。。 製氷機があるのは良いですが、すぐ近くにある「ホテル ルーテル」のように、各階に設置してくれている方が助かります。 それができないのであればせめてミネラルウォーターボトルのサービスか、ウォーターサーバーがあると良いなと思いました。 (前日泊まったホテルは、朝5時までウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあり、お茶飲み放題でしたので、風呂上がりや起床直後、水筒への補充ですごく助けられました。) ハンガー掛けの部分は、ハンガーだけでなく帽子もかけられるようなフック型にしてもらえる方が助かりました。 帽子やリュックサックをかけることができず、不便でしたし、 玄関入ってすぐにあったので、少し不便でした…。

房間緊湊 ，乾淨，每天打掃。滿意。前台阿姨英語不太好，都是説日語，有個大叔可能是經理會説點英語。好在溝通還是順暢，帶比劃的日文我竟然聽懂了，就是意思每次出門鑰匙都要給前台，回來時再問他們要。我及其不幸地到地鐵站時沒有網絡，居然offline地找到了酒店。因為地鐵出口處那個窗口裡的大叔知道這個酒店，我給他看攜程訂單截圖，他眯着眼想了會兒，拿出個簡易地圖，指了個地方，走過去是個超市，超市和賓館同一個大樓，有個共通出入口。進去就有Wi-Fi了我就活了！

the service of the hotel is great. staff are polite, gentle and helpful. Some extra daily necessities are available, like comb, body scrub towel, facial cleanser, in case you forget to bring yours. the local is very very convenient, walkable distance to Osaka museum and Osaka Castle. Of course you can take the metro as well. Aeon supermarket is just 3 mins walk. Fresh fruit, sushi, sashima, beverage, bakery are availble. I wil stay in this hotel again when I come to Osaka in the next trip.

Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas. Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Shinsaibashi, Nihombashi, American Village dan Pasar Kuromon semuanya berada di laluan yang sama. Pengangkutan juga sangat mudah. Empat minit ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka dan restoran. Sesuai untuk keluar bersama kawan-kawan. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke USJ.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offered a phenomenal location along with beyond satisfactory amenities. To start, I must mention that the room was more spacious than some of the other hotels I have been to. The bathroom was clean and well furnished and I had no trouble controlling the temperature in the room or the shower. In addition, their breakfast, served buffet style, was rather satisfactory. Primarily, the buffet was split into two broad categories of ”Western” and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese side offered classics such as udon, rice, miso soup, and tofu, while the ”Western” side offered an assortment of breads, corn soup, and pancakes. I say Western with quotation marks as I would imagine most people from Europe or North America would consider the fares offered a far cry from that which they are familiar. Besides that, it is also worth noting that the buffet would cycle between multiple different options on a daily basis to prevent people staying multiple days from getting bored of consuming the same dishes daily. Other than the hotel's facilities, it is also important to draw attention to the location of the hotel. The hotel has a wide array of different restaurants to visit and is located close to both Dotonbori and the subway. This subway is rather convenient as it offers easy access to most areas of interest in Osaka. It is also imperative for me to mention here that there is a convenience store located basically next to the hotel which is, as the name would suggest, quite convenient. In addition, for those who are into anime, the hotel is walking distance fron Dendenmachi. Overall the experience was pleasant. The only issue if I had to say was that there was a high density of people in the hotels vicinity. This issue is further exacerbated on holidays, but this should only pose an issue to some people.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.
