Hotel berhampiran Hiranominami Park, Osaka

1階で開催される18:00-20:00のカレー一杯無料サービスが非常にありがたい。それと外で買ったあと一品あれば夕食は事足りてしまう。500円出すと朝食バイキングがつくが、種類も豊富で大満足。館内着やお茶などアメニティを部屋に用意するのではなく、1階から各自持っていくようになっているのも効率的だと思う。また行きたい。

I had the luck to have a room on the same floor as the toilets and the shower room for my gender. Otherwise you would have to take the elevator. The staff was really nice and most of the staff from the reception was speaking English really well. However not every room has a window so ventilation is a huge problem in rooms without a window. Additionally because of the opening between the roof and the door any dialog held on the corridor as well as louder sounds from other rooms can be heard. The mattress was also very thin. Too thin for my taste it was like sleeping on rock bottom. Nevertheless it was not the worst experience I could imagine.

環境乾淨衛生，地點方便。不過睡床旁擺放物品的位置不足，若放置床上則會掉落床下。床與牆之間空隙不小，而且沒有床下空間，掉下再拾回十分困難。最後很多東西放在地上 Btw, 那裡沒有飲水機，只有熱水

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

Pemandangan dari bilik video hotel YouTuber Onoda sangat indah, jadi saya menggunakannya kali ini. Alat kawalan jauh TV di dalam bilik tidak responsif dan saya menghubungi meja depan, tetapi saya tidak dapat menyambung sama sekali, dan selepas itu tiada panggilan balik dari meja depan (yang tidak mungkin sebagai perkhidmatan hotel mewah ). Namun, sejujurnya saya kecewa kerana ini kali pertama saya melakukan perkara sebegini. Nampaknya punca masalah ialah bateri kawalan jauh telah mati, tetapi bukankah perlu diperiksa semasa membersihkan? Semasa daftar masuk, saya menerima baucar tiket masuk ke Balai Cerap Abeno Harukas, tetapi disebabkan cuaca buruk sukar untuk melihat pemandangan dari bilik, jadi saya menuju ke kaunter tiket ketika awan rendah. Walau bagaimanapun, ia ditutup pada pukul 19:30 disebabkan oleh waktu perniagaan yang dipendekkan oleh Corona! Saya tidak dapat masuk ke balai cerap hanya lewat 3 minit. Baucar tiket yang diterima daripada hotel tidak membetulkan waktu perniagaan kerana penerimaan terakhir adalah pada jam 21:30, jadi ramai orang yang mempunyai baucar tiket selain kami telah kembali. .. Keesokan paginya, cuaca ribut dan saya tidak dapat mengharapkan pemandangan yang indah, jadi saya berputus asa di balai cerap. Saya sangat kecewa kerana saya tidak dapat melihat pemandangan malam yang saya nantikan, tetapi saya dapat melihat pemandangan malam dari bilik untuk seketika, jadi saya memutuskan untuk bersabar dengannya. Saya memilih makanan Jepun untuk sarapan pagi, tetapi kandungannya bagus, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan kakitangannya menyenangkan dan saya boleh makan dengan selesa.

Fantastic location! We wrote the email to hotel check how to go there, the email that replied by their staff really helps a lot! When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

English speakers in front desk, professional and helpful! Sound proof and low noise in the nite, even facing the street. fun neighborhood of K-town with great street foods. The balcony can see the clouds outside, that’s healing~

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

The hotel is convenient next to various train and mtr stations. There are lots of restaurants surrounded it. The service is good and the facilities are maintained in good order.
